My iMac's Bluetooth isn't detecting the Wireless KB nor the Magic Trackpad.

Hi All,
I've been trying to pair my Wireless Kb and Magic Trackpad with my 24" iMac but with no use.
I've went to the preferences of the bluetooth and tried to detect them but it just can't find them, also I've tried to connect the phone to it (just to see if the BT works) but even that isn't found.
I have the latest OS and I don't know what's the problem.

There are two known cures for this problem, documented on other threads that you can find by searching for "magic trackpad."
1. Uninstall USB Overdrive, if you ever installed it in the first place. It comes with an uninstaller, which you should run. But the uninstaller doesn't remove everything, so you have to search in the Finder (with system files included) for any file with "usboverdrive" in the file name, and delete them. Then reboot.
2. The problem may recur shortly after removing USB Overdrive. If it does recur, or if you never installed USB Overdrive, do this:
Shut down your Mac, unplug the power cord, unplug the USB cable from all USB devices, wait a minute or two, plug the power cord back in, start up, then replug all USB devices (the last step will give you back control of your keyboard and other USB devices). Maybe you should shut down and restart again, but I don't think you have to.
Here's the explanation for step 2: On many Macs (maybe all Macs), Bluetooth is handled through a USB driver. For some reason, the USB Bluetooth driver can become disabled. The symptom is that the Bluetooth preference pane no longer appears in System Preferences or, if it does appear, a line of text at the top of the Bluetooth pane says something like "Name of device unknown." In addition, if you had the Bluetooth menu item set to show in the menubar, it appears with a squiggly line through it, and its only menu item says something like "Bluetooth: not available." After you apply the cures described above, the Bluetooth preference pane will once again appear in System Preferences and work correctly (once you re-pair your Magic Trackpad, if you have to do that), and the Bluetooth menu item will function normally. You can also verify that everything is working correctly by running System Profiler and selecting Hardware > USB. When the Magic Trackpad is working correctly, you will see that one of the USB drivers is described as the Bluetooth USB driver. When Magic Trackpad is not working, the Bluetooth item is missing from the list of USB drivers.
Another symptom, in my case, was that when the Magic Trackpad stopped working, iTunes stopped recognizing my iPhone 4 on its third-party USB charging stand. When I applied these cures, iTunes once again recognized the iPhone. I'm guessing that any USB device might become flaky while the Magic Trackpad isn't working, perhaps due to interaction unique to your particular setup.
I have reported all this to Apple on the developer bug report site, and Apple has responded with interest. So I think they're on it.

    Open the Network preference pane in System Preferences on each Mac. If necessary, click the lock icon in the lower left corner of the window and authenticate to unlock the preference pane. Select the wireless connection from the list on the left. Click the "Advanced" button, and in the sheet that opens, select the "TCP/IP" tab. From the popup menu labeled "Configure IPv4," select "Using DHCP." Click OK to close the sheet, then click "Apply." Try again.

I've tried going through my new MacBook Pro settings and it the diagnostics check, it says network changes detected, I tell it that it "yes" does connect to a cable modem, it tells me to restart it, after I do it asks if there are any other devices hooked up ( firewall) and when I say no it tells me that it can't fix the problem.
    Now I know that I probably have a new IP address because of the cable company switching the boxes but it was working fine with the other box, now there isn't a signal to be had on it!
    Please anybody out there that can help!!!??

    If your keyboard is already paired with another device that is in range then you must unpair it first (see page of the keyboard manual).

    You may just want to save yourself any possible issues
    by just hooking up a wired keyboard and mouse on first
    start up.  Any USB keyboard and mouse should work.
    There have been many that have had problems on first boot
    using the Bluetooth devices.

    But I think, this is really a shame, that the WLAN network is unusable when using the x-Fi wireless function.

    When I try to download any app or song, I get prompted to write my password, and as soon as I begin to write it down on the iPhone 4 GSM, the propmt window dissapears and I get the "No puede conectarse a iTunes Store" (Can't connect to iTunes Store).
    I have used this account both in my first iphone 3g which works perfectly with this account, and I've been using it also on this new iPhone 4 till 3 weeks ago when i Couldn't connect nor make any purchases or update any app since I can't write down the password.
    I've tried writing it on the notepad, copying it so I can paste it really fast, and still the iPhone 4 GSM won't let me. Please help

    to be honest these are the solutions that may or may not work..
    first thing I would try is rebooting the phone by holding the sleep/wake button and home button for 15 seconds until you see the white apple logo
    if that doesn't work I would restore from backup and if that doesn't work I would restore as new if all else fails take it to your closest apple store they may replace the phone for a working one..

    To free up hard drive space the best bet is to move data files that you don't need access to all the time. Likely candidates are music, video, and photos. Things like word processing and spreadsheet files can also be moved but they tend not to be very large and so don't free up much space. The problem with moving the above mentioned files is that iTunes and iPhoto need to know where the files are stored.
    Here's an article explaining how to move the iTunes folder. You can move the iPhoto library using the Finder but there is a slight complication. Start iPhoto, open the Preferences and click on the Advanced tab. The first option is "Copy items to the iPhoto Library". If this option is checked, copy the iPhoto library to your external folder (drag it from the Pictures folder to your external drive) and then delete it from your Picture folder. If this option is not checked, it is a bit more complicated and we'll need to talk a bit.

    Thanks for the answer. I'm trying to deploy the profile that I've created on all my laptops. But i'm facing an issue for a while.
    When the profile is deployed on a laptop, Access Connections finds a new ethernet port and asks to assign it a profile. But the problem is that Access Connection don't allow me to assign it to my wired profile, only to my wireless profile and that doesn't make sens to me. Besides, it is written in the dialogue box that ethernet profiles are disable for the match of the new port...
    Is there any way to assign the new port to the new profile without human interaction or just how to make the wired profile available when access connection is launched and find a new ethernet connection

    There are two steps to the update for an iPhone 5. First you run the patch then you update the iOS. Did you do both? And does iOS 6.0.2 show up in Settings > General > About > Version
    The first thing apple will tell you to do if you bring them the phone is to reset the phone. Try that before going any further.
    First thing to try is to reset your device. Press and hold the Home and Sleep buttons simultaneously ignoring the red slider should one appear until the Apple logo appears. Let go of the buttons and let the device restart. See if that fixes your problem.

    Yes, you can. Just open the web interface of the router. On your browser type the IP address of your router, usually http://192.168.1.1 go to wireless tab and disable it.

    It's in your router.  Google is your friend, using the make and model of your router and the key words "port forwarding".

    The hardest part is figuring out where to go in your particular router's menu system to type in the IP address of your Apple TV
