Is the Serial Number shown on your Mac ?
In the Apple iCon Menu > About this Mac click the line that tells you the current OS version twice.
Once will show you the Build Number (another method of counting the OS version and can be specific to certain models) and the next click shows you the Serial Number.
If it is missing (due to refurb or repair and not replaced) it will need replacing at an Apple Store or Apple Authorise Service Provider.

My iMessage isn't working

My iMessage isn't working. When i go into the Messages settings, I go to turn on my iMessage and it says "an error occurred during activation. Try again". Then when I try to sign in with my Apple ID it kicks me out of the settings.

Try the following:
Go to Settings > Messages > iMessages > disable
Go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings
let it do it's thing and reset.
Then go to Settings > Messages > iMessages > enable
You'll then have to go back to your Wifi and re-enter your router credentials.

I have no idea what the "freezer fix" is, nor why anyone would think temporary exposure to cold will somehow fix a hardware issue with a 100% solid state device. Also, actually freezing your iPhone may very well itself cause damage.
If you dropped it and wifi immediately failed to work, the odds are you inflicted physical damage to it - perhaps the antennae connection internally. You could try a simple reset and see if that helps, but if not, you need to take it into Apple for an evaluation and diagnosis.
If it has internal damage, since you dropped it, your warranty no longer applies. Apple does not repair iOS devices, the merely swap them for factory refurbished units (and send your damaged one back to the manufacturer in China for refurbishment or recycling). You would ahve to pay the out of warranty replacement fee (look on your country's Apple web site, under support for the iPhone for fees).

There has been an outage for both iMessage and FaceTime today. Started at around Noon time, PDT.
There is nothing you can do from your end, this problem is on Apple's servers.

Have you performed a reset? Tap and hold the Home button and the On/Off button for approximately 10-15 seconds, until the Apple logo appears. Release both buttons and await restart.

I am using Acrobat Pro XI not working at all in Windows7 64bit - tried everything. About a month ago I built new computer. Acrobat worked fine. In last week it started not producing PDFs using Save As and would crash when processing scanned document. So I redownloaded exe file, used the acrocleaner to erase existing program, and reloaded Acrobat Pro XI.
No the program will not start at all. Freezes when opening by clicking PDF file or by opening program icon.

Please try the following basic troubleshooting steps:
> Enable the hidden Admin Account on Windows 7 ( Ref : http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/windows-vista/enable-the-hidden-administrator-account-on-wi ndows-vista/ )
> Disable all Non-Microsoft Startup Services. (Ref : http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/disable-startup-items-services-windows.html )
> Disable all the Antivirus softwares like CA, Norton,Mc Afee etc. temporarily from the computer.
Reboot and try installing in the new enabled Admin user account and check.
