Can´t find the way to make it work
Hi I asked this in this forum and others but nobody could give me an answer. I´m gonna try to explain it with more information and all the ways I had try to make it work.
First I´ll show you how my proyect is structured :
Those are all the scenes of the proyect (it is an interactive book).
My problem is with the scene5 (" _escena5") it looks like this :
Ok the current action affects to the symbol selected "_filtroEscena5" and it has this inside :
Allright,now I will explain the action:
I need to drag the symbol "_filtroEscena5" but only when I click on the "Ellipse". Ok, the easy way to do this is with a handle on the .draggable property well this works fine. The problem is the other part of the action. I have on the "_escena5" a few triggers "btnFantasma", "btnOsos" and "btnVini" those trigges have to been activate when the ellipse goes over. This is a scene of a lantern, you drag the light and when you illuminate the Triggers something happens.
So here is my problem, I can´t get the last part working. I first used the accept drop function. I made my triggers droppable and at the accept parameter I put this:
sym.getSymbol("_escena5").getSymbol('_filtroEscena5').$('Ellipse'),
But this does not work, if I make a rectangle o something like these to test it and put it on the accept it works, but not with the "Ellipse".
So I tried other thing...
At the draggable property of the "_filtroEscena5" I call the drag parameter and set this function :

I do this to get the id of the Ellipse and then on the drop function of the Triggers i set this :

This made it responds only to the Ellipse element and then destroy the draggable property to make sure than when I drag it again I move all the symbol and not just the "Ellipse". And this is the problem with it, if I stop dragging the lantern at a trigger it works but if I stop it at any other place when I drag the Ellipse again it moves alone, the symbol does not move with it.
So I call a function at the stop parameter at the .draggable property of "_filtroEscena5" and call again this:
sym.getSymbol("_escena5").getSymbol('_filtroEscena5').$('Ellipse').draggable('destroy');
All right now I move all the symbol only when I touch and drag the "Ellipse" and don´t care where I stopped it, when I drag it again it works. The problem? this broke the drop function for the triggers it´s like when you stop the drag and then ejecute the drop so when you stop the drag you lose the id information.
I don´t know what more I can do I tried other things but nothing change because this is for tablets and can´t use the mouseover like on the browser.

Please let us know what sort of trouble you're running into. Are you unable to log in to https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf? Or are you converting PDF files, but they aren't converting as you expected them to? (Your ExportPDF subscription is active, and I don't see any problems there.)
Please provide some specifics about what problem you're experiencing, and we will do our best to get things fixed up for you.

How can I open more than one tab in Firefox Home on an iphone 4 with ios 4.3.1? I can access the tabs page but all the entries are blank and I can't find a way to open a new page in a new tab.
That doesn't fix the problem which seems to be more of a bug, but that's a great solution. In fact I think I like that more than right clicking. Thanks.

My iPhone 5s (16GB) is stuck with 3948 photos (shown on the iTunes storage bar) on and I can not find a way to delete them all! It's very annoying as it takes up 6.54 GB of space and leaves me no room to add films, music...etc on to it. Please help me!!! I have already tried the numerous articles Apple have sent my way and I am still having no luck.I'd be eternally grateful if anyone could find a solution for me as this has been a problem for almost a year. Thank you.
If they were put there via iTunes sync process, then simply untick the Music box before syncing again.

I have bookmarks and notes that are no longer attached to the original page and I can't find a way to delete them. Could someone help me purge these things so they are not in the way?

The Calendar icon has disappeared from my dock and I can't find a way to restore it or to download the Calendar app. The iCal app is not in my applications folder. Help please.
Do you have Time Machine enabled. If so, go back through your previous months until it features in your Application folder. Then restore.

My "Back" arrow disappeared from my Firefox toolbar and I can't find a way to go back to a previous page. How can I get it back on?

Sounds like they might have accidentally been removed from the toolbar. The toolbar can be customized pretty extensively, so it's not an uncommon mistake. Take a look at the Knowledge Base article [[Back and forward or other toolbar items are missing]]. It will show you how to restore the buttons.

Scanner won't work on my Hp printer and I can't find a way to view my ink level
Hello! I uninstalled HP Support Assistant, did a Windows update, installed from official site, and yet I still cannot scan from my printer (had to make a shortcut to scan from my computer), and I can't find out my ink level.
Any ideas on how I can view my ink level?
Any ideas on how I can scan (although that's low priority because I did that work around)
I have been going back and forth to HP site and HPSA (making sure everything is updated) but I did see that HP Digital Imaging Monitor icon is msising and HPSA advised me to to a custom install and to include that when installing. That's the icon/program to view my ink levels. But I can't seem to make that happen. Not an option for installation.
Any more ideas?

I see you have lost the ability to use the HP software to scan and check ink levels. You could continue scanning as you are now and simply download and install the HP Print and Scan Doctor to check your ink levels, or you could perform a comprehensive uninstall and reinstall.
Click here to download and run the utility > HP Print and Scan Doctor
Or you can use the steps below to complete the uninstall and reinstall;
Hold down the Windows Logo key () on the keyboard and the 'R' to open the run box, type %temp%
Delete all files and folders from the temp folder. Choose skip if any pop ups appear saying any of the files could not be deleted
Download the software and choose to save as, save to desktop > Click here, choose your operating system, click next, select the Driver Product installation Softwar...
After the software downloads and extracts, open the temp folder again, use the instructions from step 1.
Look for, and open the folder starting with 7z (Example: 7zS2356)
Open folder Util
Open folder CCC
If you have an HP computer run the L3uninstall.exe. If you have a non-HP computer run the L4uninstall.exe
When the uninstall has completed restart the computer

When I click on "save" the resulting dialogue box fills the entire screen. I'm unable to reduce its size by using the mouse to pull in the borders of the dialogue box, and I can't find any other way to reduce it. This problem appeared spontaneously. It didn't start immediately after installing a new plug-in or a new Firefox release -- it just happened one day. I've used Firefox for years and never had this very inconvenient problem before.
Is it the dialog that appears for Save Page As? Like other windows, it could be maximized/restored by double-clicking the title bar. Does that make any difference?
If not, it might be necessary to rename or delete the localstore.rdf file, which stores window positions and related settings... -
How do I transfer files from a flash drive to my new iMac? I get a folder with "no name" that I can live with but I can't find a way to transfer the flass drive files to to iMac hard drive.

Because of a nasty virus on my computer I had to change my apple ID and password. When I went to update my apps. on my I phone 4s the box said I need to sign in to I tunes. The ID it had in the box was my old apple ID and I can't remember the password. I can't find any where in my phone settings that will let me change my I tunes ID although I have a new apple ID and password that I used to get on this site but I can't change it on my phone. Thank you for the help. Every app on my phone was downloaded using my old I-tunes ID. I just hope that they will re-download under my new ID because I still can't change it on my phone. In order to change to the new ID it says I have to sign out from the old ID and change to the new one. My problem is that I don't remember my password to be able to sign out from my old ID. Then the phone says it can change my password through e-mail and I agree but I never get an e-mail at my old address or the new one.

I need help from some Apple people. I have an iPod Touch and I wanted to load it up with some fresh music but I currently don't have a PC. I found an app that would allow me to connect to my 2TB network drive directly and I was able to transfer a bunch of music files to the iPod. Unfortunately, these new files do not show under the Music app and I can't seem to find any way to convince the iPod that they are music. I can play them through the file manager only. Android doesn't have this problem, any music I put on my phone is recognized as music and can be played through any of the music apps. Am I missing something or is Apple to inflexible to handle this?
You can't. The only way to get songs in the Music app is to sync from a computer or to download from iTunes.

I lost everything in the menue bar at the top of the page and I can't find a way to get it back
I don't know what I did but suddenly I lost everything at the top of the page save for one line that contains "Bing" Yuck, MSN, news, video and stuff I don't and never use. But I can find a way to return Mozilla to its default format. I have removed firefox and relaoded it three times. Unfortunately that doesn't help
