Won't like to what? Are you saying you can't access your camera roll from the Instagram app? Check Settings>Privacy>Photos and make sure Instagram is set to "On". You can't use the share button from a photo in your camera roll to post a picture to Instagram if that's what you're trying to do. That's not a feature of iOS.

Most cable modems need to be powered down when you switch the Ethernet connection from one device to another. When the modem is powered up, it discovers the new device and will communicate with it.
Some cable modems have a reset button.
Some cable modems have a small internal battery which must be removed to do the reset.
Some cable modems must be turned off for several hours (or even overnight) to allow the equipment back at the ISP time to reset. -

A few weeks ago I did a system update on my 3Gs iPhone and ever since then it keeps switching itself off. Ive made 2 phone calls this morning and the phone switched itself off about 7 times!!! needless to say I was not a happy bunny. I love my iPhone but this is ridiculus. Is anyone else having this problem?Try resetting your iPhone by pressing the home and sleep buttons until you see the Apple logo, ignoring the slider. Takes about 5-15 secs of button holding and you won't lose any data or settings.
If that doesn't work, try a Restore with your backup.
If that doesn't work, try a Restore as new, i.e. without your backup. -
So I bought a show on iTunes and I was able to buy it but it won't let me download it . I was able to download songs and I worked perfectly it's just videos . It's on iPhone so I don't know what to do .
What happens when you try to download it, if you are getting an error message then what does it say ?

I have two apple id's because my hotmail account is no longer active. How can I delete the old one and use or update the new one? Every time I try it won't allow me and now my iPad thinks there are two accounts and they are arguing with each other. Help!
You can't merge accounts or copy content to a different account, so anything that you bought or downloaded via the old account is tied to that account - so any updates that those apps get you will only be able to download via that account. You can change which account is logged in on the iPad via Settings > Store

Living in Japan and I'm an American who just signed up with Soft Bank the phone service here and spent a TON of money on an iPhone. I can't figure out how to connect my bank account at home to my app account so I can Skype my family. Please help!!!! I don't have a credit card nor do they gove debit cards to foreigners here, or at least it's really hard so I'm using my bank at home and still have a debit there. My phone number is 8 numbers plus the country code which is strange! Another thing is I was given a phone email that I was told to use for texting but I'm not sure how that works!! It's so frustrating too because no one speaks English here and I'm not very tech savvy. God bless you if you can help :)
whichever app store you are connecting to, hyou need a credit card with an address in that country. Also, itunes gift cards must be in local currency too.

The "From" column in my Yahoo! e-mail account is blank. I trouble-shot it with them to no avail and they determined it was probably an issue with Firefox. Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.

This sounds like your Apple ID has not yet been used with the iTunes Store. Here is an article that I would recommend going through when experiencing this issue.

Open the latest version of iTunes.
Choose Store > Sign In.
Enter your Apple ID and password and click Sign In.
Click Review when asked to review your information.
Enter your billing information.

My camera and iBooks have stopped sending emails, the function and ability to create the email is still there but my iPad will no loner send the email or even store a draft on my account to suggest the email was ever written; please help I really need this functionality.
Can you send any emails at all indicating that the mail app is working? Did you try any basic stuff yet?
Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
Close those affected apps and restart the iPad. Go to the home screen first by tapping the home button. Quit/close open apps by double tapping the home button and the task bar will appear with all of you recent/open apps displayed at the bottom. Tap and hold down on any app icon until it begins to wiggle. Tap the minus sign in the upper left corner to close the apps. Restart the iPad. Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. -
my ipod generation 5 will not come out of recovery mode. i was simply updating my software and this happened. it will not let me restore it comes up with and error. please help, thanks.

Sounds like you can't update your device. You don't mention an error that it gives you. Take a look at both of these articles to troubleshoot.

If you started your device in recovery mode by mistake, restart it to exit recovery mode. Or you can just wait—after 15 minutes the device will exit recovery mode by itself.
