Doing a hard reset on your device may help in this case. Hard reset will wipe all your settings, applications and data off the phone, so it's highly recommended that you first back up your phone with Nokia Suite.
To hard reset your phone, dial *#7370#. If prompted for a security code, default code is 12345.

Replying to my own post - heh. I downloaded iExplorer (http://www.macroplant.com/iexplorer/) which allowed me access to the files on the phone and there was the phantom movie in the DCIM folder. Deleted it, and all is well - although I still have 0.65gb of Other in iTunes.....

I made an iMovie, 6.0.3 using music from iTunes and photos from the Internet. It looked fine on iMovie, but when I uploaded it to youtube,some of the photo near the beginning was corrupted.What steps should I take to export iMovie for youtube?

I tried a different photo, and the corruption took place at the same moment of the video. How do I prepare the video for export to get it ready for youtube? I wasn't sure whether to clik web or web streaming. Am I supposed to clik Quick Time after I clik Share?

I unfortunately cannot remember where I got the 'trrndlines' plugin... I assume that it must have been from CFX (as it is located under /Users/Dom/Library/iMovie/Plug-ins/cfx/XXXtrrndlines.bundle).
As for what it does, I also do not know, as I do not think I ever used it in my previous video projects.
At this stage, I think I just need to uninstall it so that iMovie doesnt try to use it.
Do you know how to uninstall a CFX plugin in iMovie?
NOTE: I have re-installed iMovie 6.0.4 (instead of iMovie 6.0.3), but still encounter the same issue.

I get bad quality like blurry videos and photos on internet

Whenever i go on the internet and see videos or photos on any site it shows them in a bad quality and when i asked around other people they said the video looked just fine and it was only me. I dont know how to fix it. Anyone Help?

Can I transfer music and photos from my 17" PowerBook G4 to a new MacBook Pro?

I am planning to buy a new MacBook Pro in the next couple of weeks. Can I have the "Genius" at the Apple Store transfer my music and pictures from my current PowerBook to the new computer? My current computer is a 17" PowerBook G4, running OS X 10.5.8. Because of the age of my computer and software limitations I have been unable to use iCloud for anything besides my calendar and contacts.

Yes, flash drive would work fine.
If all you care about is music and photos, as you indicated earlier, then you simply need to copy the entire contents of your Music and Pictures folders from the old computer into the Music and Pictures folders on the new computer. A flash drive will work fine as long as it is big enough. If you want to also move over personal files, typically those are in your Documents folder and possibly your Desktop, so don't forgot about those.
If you want to migrate over all your emails, applications, internet and router settings, web browser favorites, bookmarks, preferences, user names and accounts, etc., then you might consider doing the full migration using Setup Assistant upon the very first boot up. Apple will do this for you, for a fee, as will almost any Apple-authorized computer store (also for a fee, but probably for a bit less than Apple would charge). You can actually do this manually, using the external drive or flash drive, and I have done that myself. But you need to know where the files are to do that properly. The Setup Assistant (which is run upon the very first boot up of the new computer) or Migration Assistant (which is run after you have booted into your new computer at least once) make it pretty easy -- the main thing you need to do is hook the computers up with a firewire cable and follow Apple's instructions; or if that is not possible, the next best thing is to make a complete backup of your old computer onto an external drive using Time Machine (or a cloning program like SuperDuper or Carbon Copy Cloner) and migrate from the backup.

Is there a difference between photo stream on iCloud and Photos that should be in iCloud drive.

I'm totally trying to wrap my brain around how iCloud drive should function. Perhaps I'm over complicating things. I see photo stream photos on iCloud - at least I think that's what they are. I'm thinking I should also see photos inside of iCloud drive as well as that is paid for and has more storage and photos don't disappear after 30 days.
Problem is I don't see photos in iCloud drive even though I have paid for it. I'm also really lost on how I would upload from iMac to the drive and then see on my device. What am I missing? I have tried to upload from iMac by dragging and dropping into a folder i created on the drive but they don't appear on my other devices.
Also how about other documents such as PDF files. Maybe I'm to used to drop box. I was thinking I could upload pdf files from my iMac and somehow open them on my devices but can't manage that either.
Additionally using Family Plan and have discovered (i think) that family shared photos are low resolution. Are these even printable?
Could someone please explain this to me like I'm a first grader. Not understanding at all.

To start up your computer in Apple Hardware Test:
Press the power button to turn on your computer.
Press and hold the D key before the gray startup screen appears. If Apple Hardware Test does not start up, see the Additional Information section at the end of this article.
Note: Some Macintosh computers that shipped with OS X Lion support the use of Apple Hardware Test over the Internet. These computers will start up to an Internet-based version of AHT if the hard drive does not contain AHT. An Internet-enabled connection via Ethernet or Wi-Fi is required to use this feature.
It takes a minute or so for Apple Hardware Test to start up and inspect your hardware configuration. While this is taking place, an icon appears on the screen:
When the process is complete, select your language and click the right arrow. If you aren't using a mouse, you can use the up and down arrows to select a language and then press the Return key.
The Apple Hardware Test console appears. You can choose which sort of test or tests to perform:
To perform all of the basic tests, click the Test button or press the "T" key or the Return key.
To perform a more thorough diagnostic test, select the "Perform extended testing" checkbox under the Test button before you click the Test button.
Your test results will appear in the window in the bottom-right of the console.
To exit AHT, click Restart or Shut Down at the bottom of the window.

I would really appreciate help with two problems...
1. I have changed the title on all my pages yet the title bar
in the browser still shows untitled document!
2. I have downloaded a photo gallery from the internet and
exchanged the images for my own, works perfectly off my own
computer but as soon as I put it in as a flash file in my page and
publish, none of the images are there and it has 'undefined' on the
bottom of the gallery

A url always helps but here are some pointers
1) Make sure you are not using a frameset.
2) Check the links to the images in the flash file because it
sound like
the link is somehow different between your machine and the
server.

ICloud deleted all my contacts and photos. How can I get it back?

All my contacts and photos from my iPhone and from my ICloud webpage are gone.
I have an ICloud backup from yesterday morning so i tried restoring, but my contacts disappeared again after a few seconds. It says that i have 1000 photos, but I can't see them. All the pictures are grey and when I click on one it just says "loading" and nothing happens.
I kept getting a message to enter my ICloud password, so i did and maybe that could be the reason, or maybe it's because I charged my phone on my new macbook and it somehow deleted it all.
I don't have an ITunes backup, but if I have an old ICloud backup, shouldn't it be possible to get it all back?
I hope someone can help. Thanks.

Welcome to the Apple Community.
Photos don't restore from back up, they restore after back up has completed, so it's quite normal to have to wait a while, especially if you don't have a reliable network.
To restore from a back up made through iTunes, follow these instructions.
To restore from a back up made through iCloud, try the following:
The difficulty in restoring iCloud data from a back up is that the back up is older than the current version on iCloud and anything that is restored gets removed again when an iCloud sync occurs.
Ensure the device is connected to your local network.
Start the restore from iCloud back up.
Allow the devices settings to restore (watch for the confirmation of completion).
As the apps begin to restore pull the connection to your router WAN port (the one that goes to the telephone point).
Wait for the time out confirmation.
Navigate to settings > iCloud and turn off contact syncing (keep contacts when prompted).
Reconnect the router to the internet and let the restore process complete.
Delete any iCloud contacts from iCloud.com on a computer.
Navigate to settings > iCloud and turn on contact syncing (merge contacts when prompted).
May I suggest that you carry out a back up to iTunes before you try anything, that way should things become even worse, you can at least restore back to where you are now.

exchanged the images for my own, works perfectly off my own

Show us a URL.
If you are using frames, it is the title of the master
frameset that will
show at the top of the screen.

ICloud and Photos

In a recent keynote address, Apple executives demonstrated MacOS X Yosemite, new features for iCloud, and Photos.
My iPhoto library currently holds over 53,000 photos, totaling over 100 gigabytes in size. Apple's execs seem to be saying one could use iCloud to store all of those photos so they could be shared across multiple devices.
I have been steadily accumulating digital photos since Nov. of 2001. Assuming that I spent a month of Sundays to upload a monstrosity like my iPhoto library to iCloud, how much would it cost to maintain an iCloud account in perpetuity? Would it be possible to "make backup" to a local hard drive so that I could take the library to remote locations where no cellular / internet connection would be available?

Boot to the Recovery HD: Restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the COMMAND and R keys until the menu screen appears. Alternatively, restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the OPTION key until the boot manager screen appears. Select the Recovery HD and click on the downward pointing arrow button.

Repair the Hard Drive and Permissions: Upon startup select Disk Utility from the main menu. Repair the Hard Drive and Permissions as follows.
When the recovery menu appears select Disk Utility and press the Continue button. After Disk Utility loads select the Macintosh HD entry from the the left side list. Click on the First Aid tab, then click on the Repair Disk button. If Disk Utility reports any errors that have been fixed, then re-run Repair Disk until no errors are reported. If no errors are reported click on the Repair Permissions button. Wait until the operation completes, then quit Disk Utility and return to the main menu.
Reinstall OS X: Select Reinstall OS X and click on the Continue button.
Download and install the OS X Yosemite 10.10.3 Combo Update.
Note: You will need an active Internet connection. I suggest using Ethernet if possible because it is three times faster than wireless.

Sychronisation across (S)FTP by Internet and AFP locally

Hi,
I'm trying to set up a media solution so that I can stream my music, photos and videos to my iPhone, iPad and Mac when away from home. In particular, I'm going to university soon and I want to be able to stream our home movie collection to my accommodation in London.
The actual media server is going to be situated away from home though at another location that has a far better internet speed - our home connection is hardly 1Mbps down, 0.35Mbps up, simply not fast enough to stream movies from and only just manages music really.
This location will have an upload speed of at least 2Mbps (to be confirmed how much bandwidth I'll be allowed) and the download speed will be greater than this, but generally irrelevant.
The media server at said location will have a storage allowance of roughly 2TB (my choice) and will have ServeToMe and Air Video Server installed for media streaming as well as Splashtop Remote to allow me to remotely manage the server on the go.
However, the process of getting the movies, music and photos in sync with the server is the tough part.
For movies, we have a Mac at home that converts our movies (legally) to an external drive. The house then has a networked drive on a Time capsule that everyone accesses.
For music, my Mac iTunes library needs to stay in sync with the server through the use of a local Windows iTunes library on the server that needs to be identical to my own library on the Mac
For photos, I have all my photos in folders on my Mac and these should then be synced with the server.
Should I use rsync to do the above? (Sync the local network drives for movies, then sync the networked drive with the remote drive by (S)FTP)(Sync my Mac library with the Windows one by (S)FTP as well, excluding the Mac-only files etc.)(Sync photos by (S)FTP in folders)
Or would another program that isn't command line and that allows timed backups (between 4PM and 8AM is going to be most preferred) be better?

I have maybe found a way to setup some sort of FTP account, since I think it works with user accounts on the same computer (right?).
Could anyone have a quick glimpse a this tutorial page and tell me if that's the good way to setup an ftp account?
In my case I'll need 2 accounts, one which people will read from, and another they will be able to write on. I'll use these two accounts with people I know and that asked my access to my pictures.

Why can't I attach documents and photos to my outgoing emails in Windows live hotmail

Ever since the new version of Windows live hotmail has been downloaded on my computer, the only way I can attach documents and photos to outgoing emails is thru Internet explorer without any add ons and even this was not easy. I used to be able to attach with no problems and now I cannot and I really need to be able to do this. I send alot of emails with attachments. Every time I try to attach a document it gives me an error message. It just says error nothing else. Please help!!!!

Pages saves its files as a small package, not a single file. You will have to compress it first (think it's called Create Archive but can't be sure). You could do File>Export & choose .doc which would save it as a Word document & then attach it to the email (some formatting may be lost).

If you tried using Apple's Messages app, that requires a Mac running Lion with the Messages app installed, or an iPad, iPhone, or iPod Touch running iOS 5.0 or later with iMessage activated and enabled on the device along with having a internet connection.
Other than that, there may be a 3rd party app via the iTunes app store that may provide for this. Depending on the make of your son's phone if not an iPhone, there is at least one 3rd party app available with the iTunes app store with an Android and Blackberry version of the app.
