Try all of the basic stuff. Maybe quitting some apps will help.
Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.
Quit Apps. Go to the home screen first by tapping the home button. Quit/close open apps by double tapping the home button and the task bar will appear with all of you recent/open apps displayed at the bottom. Tap and hold down on any app icon until it begins to wiggle. Tap the minus sign in the upper left corner to close the apps. Restart the iPad. Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.

Have you tried restarting or resetting your iPad?

The games you mention would have been written and therefore designed for the previous version of iOS - you've most likely had a lot of updates lately in the run-up to the release of iOS 7 and if these games haven't had an update then chances are these will need to be adapted to iOS 7 by the developers if not working correctly.

This seems to be most common with lower resolution pictures. You can go into settings > general > accessibility and turn reduce motion motion off and then try to rescale. Or user a higher resolution picture, which works better with the new OS.

Disable Photo Stream in the System/iCloud preference pane
and in iPhoto's Photo Share preference pane.
Reboot and reenable both respectively. That should jump start Photo Stream.

IPad Apps (Games) no longer working properly

It all started when I downloaded Reckless Racing HD. I noticed that the screen jittered quite a bit, and when actually trying to drive the little cars in the game, it basically didn't work. The graphics seemed to glitch quite a bit.
Fine. It's probably the game so I need to contact the developer. Sure this particular app has a vast majority of only 5 star reviews compared to other hit apps, but maybe I'm just an odd case.
Now, I get wind of the game "Incident". Here we go again! Now the game won't even work. I notice that there is also an animation playing in the background like Reckless Racing HD, but no glitches; just nothing works.
So far, these two games are simply dead to me and a complete waste of money. I haven't dropped this iPad ever; I baby this thing.
What should I do?

I have tried a full wipe and reset, then re-installing the apps. No luck. The "incident" games works perfectly fine on my iPhone 4.

My purchase games are not working after ISO 8 update

I recently updated my iPad 3rd gen I'm thinking, anyways, it has the iOS 8 update. When I open my game app, it loads up for a second and closes right after. The game is up to date and PURCHASED. Along with many other games, so I am a bit mad. These games are relatively expensive and not for me, it's for my son, who is really upset because he thought I put him on time-out. I digress, anyways, how can this be resolved? My iPad is 16g does that matter? My games are backed onto my icloud. Thank you in advance!

try double tapping the home key and closing any app at the bottom that is in-memory. then reset by holding the top button and home button until you get the apple logo (when the slider switch option appears to turn off the phone, ignore it and don't let go of the two buttons).
after it resets try one of your games. this has cured all kinds of weirdness for me.

IPad sound games not working

My iPad sound works fine for video and music but on many games like angry birds and others there is no sound. Yes I made sure the games weren't on mute.

The games are not on mute, but system sounds on the pad are muted. If you have the side switch set to mute(as oppoed to rotate) flip it and see it the sounds are back. If you have the side swith set on rotation, then double tap the home button, swipe all the way to the left, and change the mute there.
The mute function only controls system sounds, not music or videos. Some games use those sounds for game play. You can be muted and never even notice in general usage, until you notice the lack of sounds from a game.

- If you restored the 5G frmm the iTunes backup of the 3G were th app in the iTunes library of the computer you used? They have to be.
- If yes then try again. When I first restored my iPad 4 from the iTunes backup of my iPad 1 app data did not transfer. I tried again and it did.

She has her own Apple ID but since all her games are on this ICloud account, I would like to give it to her and start my own.

You can migrate your device and a copy of the iCloud data to a new account. To do this, start by saving any photo stream photos you wish to keep to your camera roll (unless already there) by opening your my photo stream album, tapping Select, tapping the photos, tap the share icon (box with upward facing arrow, then tapping Save to Camera Roll. If you are syncing notes with iCloud, you'll need to open each of your notes and email them to yourself so you can later copy and paste the text into new notes created in your new account. Then go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account (which only deletes it from this device, not from iCloud; your daughter's device won't be effected by this), choose Keep on My iPad and provide the password when prompted. Then sign back in with a different Apple ID to create your new account and choose Merge to upload the data.
Once you are on separate accounts you can each go to icloud.com and delete the other person's data from your account.
The existing iCloud email account cannot be moved to your new account so you will need to give your contacts your new email address if you are giving the account to your daughter.

My games are not syncing across my iOS devices. Both my iPhone and iPad are running the same software and are linked to the same account. However my games don't seem to sync. Which is annoying if I'm playing a game on one device I have to start over on another. For example temple run does not sync. Anyone have any suggestions. I'm also having the same problem with infinity blade 2.

Game syncs only work for games that support iCloud. The game developer has to enable that feature. There are several games such as Jetpack Joyride and League of Evil 2 that support iCloud syncing of games. Unfortunately, other games like Temple Run don't do that since the dev never implemented that feature.
