The reps at that time deflected the easiest course of action, by trying to get you to replace the phone under insurance instead of returning the phone. The Early Edge payment option requires the current phone on the line using the early Edge must be returned to Verizon Wireless. Did you once considered going to a third party site like Swappa to purchase a gently used device for your daughter?

While it is not possible to directly print your iTunes account purchase history within the iTunes Store, you can take a screnshot of your purchase history on your computer, and then print that screenshot.

In the FCP Browser, click on the source clip that is showing up sized incorrectly to select it. Once it is selected, type Command + 9 to see the item properties for the clip. Either report those properties here, or take a screen shot of the item properties and post the screen shot here.
Next, click anywhere in your sequence timeline and then type Command + 0 {zero} to see your sequence settings. Either report those settings or take a screen shot of the sequence settings and post that screen shot here.

I have searched high and low and there does not seem to be a way to authorize the iPod Classic. What can I do to sync my purchases to my iPod? I have tried reformatting/restoring it as suggested. It continues to only allow me to sync non-icloud/itunes content.

Have you successfully synced from this iTunes library/computer before?
If so have you done anything like update iTunes on the computer since it last successfully synced?
Do the songs play in iTunes?

This would almost certainly be a setting that is being enforced by your company. You'll need to talk to them about this.

of course I am logged in with the same id of me on both my devices. and when I go to app store, and then purchased apps, I only am able to see the other applications but not the one that I bought some hours ago. I made an in app purchase and the game (Happy Farm) crashed but I completed the purchase on my iPad's Home screen because the Confirm purchase window popped up before I could relaunch the game. When I launched the game the purchase (which was Gems) was not showing so I took a screen shot of the game window showing 211 diamonds, which was the amount I started with, (the purchase was for 258 gems so my total should be 499). I then took a screenshot of myhome screen showing the time of day. I went back to the game repurchased the same amount, the app did not crash this time and I was credited with correct about of gems 211 +258 = 499... Took a snapshot of that screen. went back to my home screen and took a screen shot to show the time again. Well after sending Happy Farm all of this evidence, they responded that they gave me all the gems and I just used them all. I don't believe that they understand that my app crashed and during the 1st transaction and I clicked the Buy button (in the Confirm purchase window) on my Home screen not in the App, got charged but did NOT recieve the gems when I relaunched the app. I have more proof than most people and they are still calling me a liar... I need intervention from iTunes App store and I don't know how to get them to mediate this dispute. Do you know how I can get in touch with the App store?

Solution found.
I am a Vodafone customer and installed the Vodafone app which asks you to turn off wifi connection on installation as it needs to communicate with their servers over 3G.
After restoring the iPad via iTunes this is the only app that I did nor re-install and seems to be too much of coincidence that while in full screen view watching films my wifi is switched off and 3G data connection is established 10 - 15 minutes into a fiilm and my data allowance gets eaten up!
I would also get push notifications from Vodafone saying "my daily data usage was almost used" with this app installed.
Have tested and on 3rd time watching sky go still wifi is on after 30 mins.
DO NOT INSTALL VODAFONE APP FROM THE APP STORE.

I cannot find this 300GB "Backup" in the Finder, only in the Storage info when I check "About This Mac".
You are probably using Time Machine to backup your MacBook Pro, right? Then the additional 300 GB could be local Time Machine snapshots. Time Machine will write the hourly backups to the free space on your hard disk, if the backup drive is temporarily not connected. You do not see these local backups in the Finder, and MacOS will delete them, when you make a regular backup to Time Machine, or when you need the space for other data.

You have tested the library on the external drive, and so your photos are save there.
The local TimeMachine snapshot probably now contains a backup of the moved library. Try, if connecting your Time Machine drive will reduce the size of your local Time Machine snapshots.

If you are running Tiger, you don't have time machine.
You need to get something like SuperDuper! or Carbon Copy Cloner (sorry, I don't have a handy link for CCC but you can Google it to get their site) to make a clone of your drive on the external and then do incremental backups. The free versions do a lot and you can upgrade to the full-service versions for small change if you need more. The one time I used SuperDuper! for cloning a volume it worked just fine.
(My backup application is the last PPC capable version of Retrospect, which does a credible job, or has over the past ten-twelve years.)
