My iPad air keeps asking me to "slide to upgrade" even though I've already done it numerous times. What do I do? How can I bypass it?

MY iPad keeps saying slide to upgrade even though I've already done that. It just shows the apple logo a progress bar and when it's done itrestarts and says the same thing.

It sounds like you updated your iPad over Wi-Fi, but it never really completed the reboot and continues to prompt to update but restarts and loops on that.

You can change the email address of one's appleID...
I'd recommend changing moms email to yours to get a good backup on the Mac
Then switch mom's back to hers
Then change your account to the same email you used.

Go and log out of your MobileMe account and then try logging back in again with a dummy username and password. This can help clear it and then just log back in again with your normal username and password.
Note though that iWeb does not require a password or username to use it - this is MobileMe.
Also, start thinking about MobileMe alternatives before you are forced to in June.

The Profile folder didnt exist so I created it. Made sure the perms were good and that it was not read only.
There are no default folders appearing under the profile folder when I start Firefox.
I have Firefox installed to my E drive.
Nothing happens. The process appears in the task manager but no application shows up.
Cant start it in safe mode, cant run the profile manager.

If the above doesn't work:
Try and force iPad into Recovery Mode:
1. Turn off iPad
2. Connect USB cable to computer; leave the other end alone
3. Press and hold the Home button down and connect the docking end of cable to iPad
4. Continue holding the Home button until you see the "Connect To iTune" screen
5. Release the Home button
6. Open iTune
7. You should see "iTunes has detected an iPad in recovery mode"
8. Use iTune to restore iPad
Note: You need to be patient and repeat the above many times to recover your iPad

Whenever I sync my iPhone 5S, the iTunes will ask me to authorise my computer, iMac. So I will go the 'Store' on menu bar to click it. and scroll down to Authorise my computer and click it. And It will say - your authorisation is successful. After that I go and sync my iPhone, and a window will popped out and said I need to authorise my computer again. It looks that the update wasn't successful because your "More system details" list still shows a Firefox 4.0.1 version.
Download a fresh Firefox copy and save the file to the desktop.

* Do not remove personal data when you uninstall the current version.
Remove the Firefox program folder before installing that newly downloaded copy of the Firefox installer.
