HT1386 ipad has been disabled due to blocked password, how to solve it?
And iTunes cannot connect to it due to the password trouble. How do I solve it???
You have to restore the device within iTunes. You want to use the same computer that you always sync with so that you can restore your app data and settings. You can restore with any other computer, but you will lose everything on the iPad.
iOS: Device disabled after entering wrong passcode -
I have followed the recover iPad instructions through deleting from iTunes, connecting via store while holding the home button and selected recovery mode, but during the process, pop up informs me that the passcode is required. How do I recover the iPad?
If all else fails, then head on over here ...

my ipad mini has been disabled due to one of my household trying the 4 digit pin to unlock it..they obviously got it wrong...i have plugged into my itunes as requested on screen into my laptop but it is still disabled ..what do i do to unlock and re enable??
Hey ade17768,
Thanks for the question. The following resource outlines what to do if your device is disabled:
iOS: Forgotten passcode or device disabled after entering wrong passcode
http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1212
If you have previously synced your device with iTunes, you may be able to reset the passcode by restoring the device:
1. Connect the device to the computer with which you normally sync and open iTunes.
Note: If iTunes asks you to enter the passcode, try another computer that you have synced with. Otherwise, go to "If you have never synced your device with iTunes, or you do not have access to a computer" section below.
2. If the device is still disabled, or if iTunes does not automatically sync your device, sync the device with iTunes.
3. When the backup and sync is complete, restore your device.
4. When iOS Setup Assistant asks to set up your device, choose "Restore from iTunes backup".
5. Select your device in iTunes and choose the most recent backup of your device.
Thanks,

You may need to try this More than Once... Be sure to Follow ALL the Steps...
Pay particular attention to Steps 3 and 4.
Some users have reported as many as 8 or 9 attempts were necessary before success
After you have Recovered your Device...

My iPad has been disabled due to wrong passcode which I have forgotten,How can open it again?I'm so desperate right now
If you cannot remember the passcode, you will need to restore your device using the computer with which you last synced it. This allows you to reset your passcode and resync the data from the device (or restore from a backup).
If you restore on a different computer that was never synced with the device, you will be able to unlock the device for use and remove the passcode, but your data will not be present.
You may have to force iPad into Recovery Mode

HI....Need help to enable my3G iPhone which has been disabled due to forgotten passcode.Thank you
If you forgot your passcode, restore the phone on the last computer it was synced with. If you do not have access to the last computer it was synced with, you will have to force it into recovery mode and restore as a new device. See http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1212.

My Apple ID has been disabled due to changing the credit card, how can I enable it again?
you might be able to re-enable it via this page : http://appleid.apple.com, then 'reset your password'
You might then need to log out of your account on any iOS devices that you have by tapping on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Store (Settings > Store on iOS 5 and below) and then log back in so as to 'refresh' the account on them
If that doesn't fix it then contact iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page -

i have a ipad which has been locked due to the owner claiming it was lost. I have had the serial no. checked and it is not stolen but I can't use it. I have talked to the owner many times who refuses to give me the password or has no idea what password was used.
Unfortuinately there is nothing that can be done.
If its locked its locked. This is a theft deterrant mechanism.
If you could unlock "stolen" ipads then there would be no purpose for the feature.
You will have to convince the owner you bought it correctly, or accept its no lonnger usable by you until the original owner removes the lock.
