My iPad and my phone are MUCH more unstable after downloading the latest update 8.3. Watch ESPN drops frequently. And other apps seem start and stop. Very annoying
Any help anticipated? Safari just closed twice trying to post this note!
If the problem continues you may want to consider backing up your iPad and restoring it to Factory Settings. This will reload a fresh copy of iOS.

The iCloud backup option has moved - it's now Settings > iCloud > Backup (it's towards the bottom of the list of items to back e.g. photos, mail, contacts, calendars ... Backup, Keychain, Find My iPad).

After downloading the latest update for my Ipod touch, my playlists now go into "shuffle" mode everytime I try to play. I have turned off shuffle on both itunes and my ipod and even tried recreating the playlist and syncing with no luck. I don't know what is causing this, because before the last download, it never happened. Any ideas on how to fix?
Since this is an XP machine, which version of iTunes do you have installed? Is it the latest version?
Have you tried starting iTunes, attach the USB end of the cable, then while holding the home button on the iPod connect the 30-pin connector end of the cable to the iPod...that is the recovery mode but also should make iTunes see the iPod.
If that doesn't work you may need to take the iPod back and have it tested by the genius bar techs to make sure the connector is not bad. -

It's a problem with Gmail. There is another thread discussing it, but most would rather whine than try to fix it.
Nobody has figured out what is causing it, but there have been various suggestions.
One was to display the All Mail folder if you've hidden it.
You can delete by opt- delete. I think that will delete it immediately.
Another person looked in the user/Library/Mail/V2/ folder. He had duplicate account folders, having a sequence digit suffix. He deleted the duplicates and it fixed things. -
I get an error message after downloading the latest itunes update. It says to download only and then to manually install. How do I do this? Or, is there some way to make the download work? Thank you.
The message is 'errors have occurred, go to tools>download only and try installing manually'. BTW, I am using Google Chrome.

If the device remains unresponsive or does not turn on (or power on), reset your device.
If there is no video or if the screen remains black, verify that the device has enough charge to turn on:
If you are using an iPad, ensure that it's connected to the USB Power Adapter supplied with the device.
Let it charge for at least twenty minutes, then see if it starts normally.
If there is no image on the screen, press the Sleep/Wake button to attempt to wake the device.

If the above steps do not resolve the issue, or the if the screen remains black or shows a persistent Apple logo, try restoring with iTunes:

I have had a similar problem, except all of my text messages are gone too! My contacts have slowly started to come back, but it appears that my most recently added contacts are gone, and my messages are also gone still.

That message means that you have to restore the iOS software because something went wrong. Follow the instructions here. I hope that you have a backup.

Before the reset quit Pages like this:
Double click the Home button to show the screen with running and recently used apps. Each app icon will have a sample page above it. Flick up on the page (not the app icon) and the page will fly away and the app icon will disappear. This quits that app. -

While using my iPhone 5 as my personal hotspot. I downloaded the latest update thru connection to my laptop. During the process of installing update to my phone it shutdown. Now the phone will not power back up, instead it will only show the Apple icon then shows the icon of the USB cord needing to be connected to iTunes. Suggestions
That indicates that you phone is in recovery mode and needs to be connected to iTunes on your computer to be restored.

I just downloaded the latest update on I Pad 2 and now the screen shows the plug and I tunes? It will not start up. I have plugged it in and nothing. It is fully charged.
That means that it's gone into recovery mode. You will have to connect it by cable to your computer's iTunes and that should prompt you to reset it back to factory defaults, you can then restore to your backup (or just resync your content to it)

Photos taken by the iPhone, like any digital camera, should have been uploaded to your computer for safe keeping. Certainly before a major operation like a software update that wipes your phone in the process of updating. If they weren't, and they are not currently on your phone, then they're gone. You can try restoring from a recent backup, but any photos taken between the last backup and the present time will be gone.

I am not sure if you already tried this, but in case not, try to update Muse via Creative cloud directly.
Start creative cloud application manager, if you dont have it, you can download it from here,
Adobe - Adobe Application Manager : For Windows : Adobe Application Manager
Login using your adobe id, once you are in, switch to Apps, and you should see the Update for Muse, click Update.
