My iPad appears in iTunes but it is greyed out.
my iPad appears in itunes but it is greyed out and then iTunes times it out. I know iTunes is working because my iPod syncs no problems. Can anyone help. I have deleted iTunes and re-installed and I have turned my iPad on and off while pluggedin. I have also deleted the iPad from devices on my computer but nothing seems to work.
These are the minimum system requirements for syncing and using an iPad with iTunes.

I don't understand. Are you saying the CD will not play on any of your CD drives? What happens when you try? Have your tried the CD in a non-computer CD player, such as a car player?

Can see iPad Air in iTunes but will no longer sync or back up, could 2 days ago. Can drag apps from library onto device however 'apply' is not available, nor is 'sync' under Devices.
Disconnect other USB devices from your computer and connect iPad to a different USB 2.0 port on your computer (not on your keyboard).
Turn iPad off and turn it on again. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button on top of iPad for a few seconds, until a red slider appears. Then slide the slider.
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears.
Restart your computer. Then reconnect iPad to your computer.
Download and install (or reinstall) the latest version of iTune -

Why is 50GB of music gone? All music should exist on the computer. Only a fool would rely on a single device which could easily be lost or stolen to store their content on. -

So if I understand you properly, I need to create EOs for all my list of values (which are based on views of Oracle apps tables) and base my VO on those EOs. And then I setup associations between these EOs and the Item EO. Then I include the these EOs in my Items VO and add the description attributes to my list of attributes. I had done this for the list of users, but for the views of Oracle I had just created read only VO. Sounds like that won't work if I want to display the description. I know what to do - I guess I was hoping there was a way to use the read only VO.

Exactly. The transfer job starts, collects the information on new purchases ans finishes without any error messages. New files are shown in itunes with the 'sync' icon on the left and are greyed out ... it is the same with puchases (movies and tv shows only!) on my iphone 4 and ipad2.

Are you following these instructions.
Remove ALL cables from Apple TV. (if you don't you will not see Apple TV in the iTunes Source list)
Connect the micro USB cable to the Apple TV and to your computer.
Reconnect the power cable (only for Apple TV 3)
Open iTunes.
Select your Apple TV in the Source list, and then click Restore. -

I recently upgraded to labview 8.6 from labview 7.1. I have a fairly complicated VI used to run a test rig that is no longer working. I've traced the problem to a conflict between NI-Daq and DAQmx. When I run the Vi I get the message: Error -10461 oc
