My ipad appears to be locked - icloud message. when pressed ok it wont go away

my ipadhae thi message on " icloud backup this ipad hasn't been backed up in 3 weeks. backps happen when ths ipdis pdin, lckd, and connected to wi-fi" pressed th ok button but it didn't work. conneced it to an outlet didn't work. i'm always connected to wifi. tried toswitch it off bu it wont work as the messag is blocking everyting. doesanyon knewhow to fix this?

Try a reset. Hold the Sleep and Home button down (together) for about 10 seconds until you see the Apple logo. Ignore the red slider.

Have you tried a reset ? Press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider if it appears), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.

EA2 - 'No Valid Query' message when pressing F4 (describe) on objects

I am having a problem when pressing F4 on an object. In the SQL window I highlight a table, package etc and press F4 to describe the object. Before the description is displayed a blank message window appears with the title 'No Valid Query'. This can pop up several times before success. I am running this on Windows XP SP2 and oracle database 10.2.0.3.

We had a bug logged for this issue. It has been fixed in EA3 (under development).

Since Apple demanded I change my old six digit password to a new min 8 digit one i do not seem to be able to access iCloud.

Once you have changed your password, you need to delete your account and add it back. Have you done this.

Go to the Home screen with one press of the home button. Then double press the Home button. When the Dock raises, tap and hold one of the app icons untill they all start jiggling and a red X appears. Tap the red X on the video app to quit the app.

The Computer 'area' wouldn't be for accessing your iPad. You would use basic airplay or mirroring to stream content from your IOS device.

Force your iPad into Recovery Mode:
1. Turn off iPad
2. Connect USB cable to computer; leave the other end alone
3. Press and hold the Home button down and connect the docking end of cable to iPad
4. Continue holding the Home button until you see the "Connect To iTune" screen
5. Release the Home button
6. Open iTune
7. You should see "iTunes has detected an iPad in recovery mode"
8. Use iTune to restore iPad
Note: You need to be patient and repeat the above many times to recover your iPad

I too have the same problem, and I see that nobody has found a working fix yet. How dissapointing. I would have thought that Apple would have tried to fix this by now. Who knows how many others are in the same boat?
I am unable to sync my iPad at all. This means that I can't make a backup and so can't clean and restore it. I can't add any music. I can't get my photos off the iPad either. And so on! My brand new iPad is incapable of doing anything usefull! Don't fret Apple, I WILL tell all my friends what my opinion of your devices are.
In my opinion this is a CRITICAL FAILURE FROM APPLE!
I believe that it's undeniable that this is a stupid uniformative error message that leads me nowhere. Of course the connection went away. BUT WHY? HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM IF YOUR ERROR MESSAGE DOESN'T GIVE ME ANY USEFULL INFORMATION????
AND WHY CAN'T I CAUSE IT TO SKIP OVER THE BACKUP STEP SO AT LEAST THE DEVICE HAS SOME FUNCTIONALITY?
There are no published fixes that work. The only thing close, was a recommendation to reset the iPad and try again. This didn't do anything but waste more of my time.
Hopefully, my Rant will cause someone to take a stab at coming up with a resolution. I JUST NEED TO KNOW HOW TO GET MY IPAD WORKING AGAIN.
Is that too much to ask?

TS2621 my mail app on my iphone and ipad are giving me the same message....Password missing.....When I enter my password I get another message sayingThe operation couldn't be completed. (MFMessageErrorDomain error 1032.)
