I try to conect my Facebook acount in settigs but the ipad say there is a problem with the server

Seems a lot of people are having this problem. I'm guessing its related to the latest iOS update.

contact your email service provider and ask them (it might treat multiple e-mails as SPAM)

Also try this - Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.

Syncing emails sent from ipad in Hotmail with the server

When I send emails through Hotmail from my ipad, they are delivered ok to the other party, but there is no record when I check Hotmail "sent items" on my PC. How can I get "sent" to sync with the Hotmail server so I can see emails I have sent from my ipad?

Hotmail is a POP3 server. Therefore, it does not sync back to the server and thus sent items stay where they are a originated and not added/available on the server.

Gateway server cant comunicate with managemant server

I have some issues with a gateway server. So I've installed the new server following Microsoft documentation. I've add the new server in OP console, I can see him but is unmonitored. I've installed same certificate on both servers in Trusted store (computer).
ON GW I've check and 5723 it's opened. On GW I have this errors:
EV 20057, OpsMgr Connector
Failed to initialize security context for target MSOMHSvc/computer The error returned is 0x80090303(The specified target is unknown or unreachable). This error can apply to either the Kerberos or the SChannel package.
EV 20057, OpsMgr Connector

EV 21001, OpsMgr Connector

between the two domains.
EV 20071, OpsMgr Connector
The OpsMgr Connector connected to copscomsvr01.corp.local, but the connection was closed immediately without authentication taking place. The most likely cause of this error is a failure to authenticate either this agent or the server . Check
the event log on the server and on the agent for events which indicate a failure to authenticate.
Any ideas?

Hi,
Please check the registry. Go to the OPS reg hive and check if the FQDN name is supplied for the Networkname and AuthenticationName. If this doesn’t match your certificate common name you will get the 20071 event.
Just change it and restart the OpsMgr service.

E71 cant connect with exchange server

I have tried to connect with our exchange server 2003 at work to sync my business e-mail but I am unable to connect. There should be a learn how feature on this topic on the nokia website.

In my pionion, very minimal inputs are needed to get the connection for MFE.
Exchange server
Secure connection
Use default port
(For these you might need to contact the IT support team of your company)
Access point
(Based on the data plan you are subscribing)
User name
Password
Domain
(This I think you will be aware of)
Rest of the settings are more towards configuring and personalising the set up, and does not involve connectivity.

first off , from the wired computer access the router using http://192.168.1.1 .. check the firmware version .. go to www.linksys.com/download and check the latest firmware available...if the router does not have the latest firmware , upgrade it first. .. after the firmware upgrade , reset and reconfigure the router
if the router has the latest firmware , then reset the router for 30 seconds .. do a power cycle...access the router ui ..default password is admin..click on the "mac add clone" subtab , enable it and click clone....save the settings and do a power cycle..ensure that the wired computer is online
on the router web ui , click on the wireless tab ..change the ssid - any non-linksys name , channel - 11 , security mode - wpa , beacon interval - 50 , fragmentation threshold - 2306 , RTS threshold - 2307 ..

It will try to make a backup every time your iPad is plugged to the charger and connected to a network. To prevent that this message appears soon, open Settings > iCloud > Storage & Backup, and choose Backup Now

My facebook setting keeps saying "Error Signing In" "could not communicate with the server." How do I fix this?

I have been trying to fix my facebook setting but I keep getting an error message after inputting my password. "could not communicate with the server" keeps popping up. [DELETE ACCOUNT] doesn't work either. It doesn't delete my facebook account at all. What else can I do?

Go into settings/privacy/Facebook and disable the button.
Open your Facebook app and login.
Once logged in go back to that button and enable.
You may have to re-enter your password but the error will be gone.

I found the following that goes over troubleshooting the same issue for the iPhone. I know you have an iPad, but the steps should still apply:
Perform the following steps:
Restart the iPhone.
Try another means of reaching the activation server and attempt to activate.
Try connecting to a known-good Wi-Fi network if you're unable to activate using a cellular data connection.
Try connecting to iTunes if you're unable to activate using Wi-Fi.
Restore the iPhone.
If you receive an alert message when you attempt to activate your iPhone, try to place the iPhone in recovery mode and perform a restore. If you're still unable to complete the setup assistant due to an activation error, contact Apple for assistance.

I have a ipad mini and i have had it for less then a year, it says that i have perfect wifi up in the left corner where the wifi is always at but when ever i go into the built in safari it says that it is unable to connect with the server. How can i fix this because with out it connecting to the server or internet it is kind of useless to me. I do have ios7 if that helps

The wifi symbol only indicates the presence/signal strength of wifi. Not that you are connected.
Some things to try first:
1. Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord for 30 seconds or longer) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.
2. Go to Settings>Wi-Fi and turn Off. Then while at Settings>Wi-Fi, turn back On and chose a Network.
3. Change the channel on your wireless router (Auto or Channel 6 is best). Instructions at http://macintoshhowto.com/advanced/how-to-get-a-good-range-on-your-wireless-netw ork.html
4. Go into your router security settings and change from WEP to WPA with AES.
5. Renew IP Address: (especially if you are droping internet connection)
    •    Launch Settings app
    •    Tap on Wi-Fi
    •    Tap on the blue arrow of the Wi-Fi network that you connect to from the list
    •    In the window that opens, tap on the Renew Lease button

Note - When troubleshooting wifi connection problems, don't hold your iPad by hand. There have been a few reports that holding the iPad by hand, seems to attenuate the wifi signal.
Some Wi-Fi losses may stem from a problematic interaction between Wi-Fi and cellular data connections. Numerous users have found that turning off Cellular Data in Settings gets their Wi-Fi working again.
You may have many apps open which can possibly cause the slowdown and possibly the loss of wifi. In iOS 4-6 double tap your Home button & at the bottom of the screen you will see the icons of all open apps. Close those you are not using by pressing on an icon until all icons wiggle - then tap the minus sign. For iOS 7 users, there’s an easy way to see which apps are open in order to close them. By double-tapping the home button on your iPhone or iPad, the new multitasking feature in iOS 7 shows full page previews of all your open apps. Simply scroll horizontally to see all your apps, and close the apps with a simple flick towards the top of the screen.

I saw one post where a user said dust got inside the small microphone hole. Using a vacuum cleaner removed the dust and restored the audio.
