Try placing the iPodin recovery mode and then try to restore the iPod via iTunes on your computer. For recovery mode see:

Next would be to make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since you likely have a hardware problem. -

I relized my iPad is really slow and almost no apps load becuase the apps keep crashing. So ,I thought a restart would help. Think again! The iPad took one day to turn back on and is really slo, still. I tried to restore it but it won't restart. Should I wait out the day for it to work??? I need HELP!!!

Ok one day out of the blue my ipod just stopped working it wouldnt turn on nothing but after recovering it, it's fine now but there is only one problem my screen wont work i can't do anything on it not even unlock it please someone help!!!!
Try the following:
- A reset. Nothing is lost
Reset iPod touch: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Restore from backup
- Restore to factory settings/new iPod.
If you still have the problem that indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order -
Tried to open an app and my iPad gen one froze. It only shows the apple on black screen and will show the operating wheel sometimes and while plugged in it will beep every few minutes. Will not load one show anything on screen but the small white apple.
Try:
- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

Quit the mail app completely and restart the iPad. Go to the home screen first by tapping the home button. Double tap the home button and the task bar will appear with all of your recent/open apps displayed at the bottom. Tap and hold down on any app icon until it begins to wiggle. Tap the minus sign in the upper left corner of the app that you want to close. Tap the home button or anywhere above the task bar. Restart the iPad.
Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button. Try mail again.
Or you can try this as well. Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. -
My Verizon Cloud says "Content is pending for backup" and (Update pending), but it's been doing this for over a day now. The number of photos hasn't changed and I have 26GB of space. What's going on?

We want to make sure your photos are backed up successfully! Have you tried to stop the process and start it again? You can stop the process by stopping the Cloud and backup process completely in Settings>Applications>All>Verizon Cloud>Force stop. One it has stopped make sure you care connected to WiFi and try the backup again.

My iPod Touch 4G just shut off one day while i was using tap to post. tried everything and nothing is working not even iTunes! Is there any hope for me? my iPod is my LIFE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! oh by the way none of this happened until i updated to iOS 6.
I have not had any experience in getting any devices repaired so I'm not sure which store to resort to. An official Apple store should more than likely get you what you need, but I'm guessing it's probably more expensive. (if any cost for your situation)

The fully charged battery symbol shows up (a plug instead of a lightning bolt) when it's actually not fully charged! It also stops charging! How do I fix this?
Did you already try to set it up "as new device" How to back up your data and set up as a new device
If this does not work, try again, this time without using the latest backup, in case it contains corrupt data, causing your problems. -
Hi, i have been having problems charging my ipad3 for some time now (very slow). The power is now down to 5% and i have been charging it for 4 days now without any movement. The charging flash is showing yet does not seem to be charging. Please can anyone help.
Are you trying to charge it plugged into the wall with its supplied power brick? It's best charged that way.
You can try to swap out the power brick and cable to either rule those out or rule them in as the issue.
You can also try giving your iPad a reset. Hold down the sleep and home keys until you see the silver apple. Let it reboot and try again. -
My Ipad worked perfectly but one day it would not power up and hasn't in a couple of weeks. I have tried the tips on line and have put it on the charger but the screen remains black.
I suggest booking an appointment with the genius bar, there most likely is a hardware problem with the iPad. Apple will replace the iPad if it is in warranty. If it isn't in warranty they will still replace it with a price
