My iPad has stopped rotating, I've reset all settings and reset my iPad with no change, how do I fix this problem please?

You may want to try this:
1. Backup iPad
2. Setup iPad as new. Settings>General>Reset>Erase all content and settings
3. Test iPad thoroughly
4. If everything is fine, restore backup to iPad
