My iPad has UK as correct country but refuses apps saying I am linked to US store

I have double checked my Apple ID and it states UK but when I download apps it seems to recognise me as if from US store and then will not download them. I checked my iTunes account on a pc and that shows UK as well!
My iPhone allows me to download apps using same account.
Help please...

Sign out of your iTunes Store account, power off and restart your iPhone, and then sign back into your iTunes Store account and see if it then works correctly.

No. iPads that have any type of denting or physical damage (old or new) are not covered under the warranty. Apple would have no way of determining when the damage was done or if that damage caused your present issue.
I believe that once they see physical damage, their reasoning for voiding the warranty would be that visible, physical damage, irregardless of when it ocurred.

After following deggie's advice, charge the iPad overnight. Be sure to use the charger that came with the iPad. Do not use an iPhone charger. Do not use an iPod charger. Do not use a computer USB port.

I have a similar problem with ITunesU, I used to be able to access them from my car dock, but now they dont appear and the fwd/back buttons on the steering wheel wont affect them.
It seems taking them from ITunes into their own app has confused many other applications or dock connectors. Im going to try and remove the ITunesU app as I dont want to have lost the extra functionality

You can only sync an ipad to one computer at a time.
You can look to something like dropbox, upload your photos there, then do the sync and since your photos are backed up it won't hurt if they are deleted.

You cannot use the Japanese iTunes Store unless are physically present there and have a Japanese payment method. This applies even for free apps; you cannot get them from the Japanese iTunes Store if you are in the US.
If you are in Japan, you can set up a new iTunes Store account just to get free apps. See:

I think the easiest way to do this is to have the EyeTV app running in one user account and sent via HDMI to the TV, and use a separate user account for Screen Sharing. Both logins can be active at the same time and with Lion you can connect via screen sharing to which ever login you need.
With regards to the Mac video resolution changing, when it is not the current input on your AV receiver. This is 'normal', if the Mac sees no signal it drops down the a lower level. What you need is to buy a HDMI Detective Plus which tricks the Mac in to always seeing a signal and hence it will not drop down the resolution. See http://www.gefen.com/kvm/dproduct.jsp?prod_id=8005
The Mac mini does have an IR receiver. This can be used with the EyeTV app, iTunes, and similar. Yes I believe EyeTV would run for prolonged periods quite happily, it is has been around for a long time and had most of the rough edges polished off. However one issue you will have to deal with is that it does not automatically update its program guide data. For this you might have to write or modify an AppleScript. Elgato support or their user forums will be a lot of help.
You can set EyeTV to convert recordings to an iTunes (Apple TV) compatible format and then delete them from EyeTV.
The HDMI Detective should solve your handshaking problems.

you have paid for app and when app purchase will be approved then ony you should able to make payment for your TAX.
I had same problem. I called apple guys and got my money back than I use web version ofn turbo tax.
that works perfectly well.
problme with app is that you can not see your tax paper next year as web and app does not have any sync link.
use web version.

Quit mail like this.
Go to the Home screen and double click the Home button. That will reveal the row of recently used apps at the bottom of the screen. Tap and hold on the app in question until it wiggles and displays a minus sign. Tap the minus sign to actually quit the app. Then tap anywhere on the screen above that bottom row to return the screen to normal. Then restart the app and see if it works normally.
