My ipad is disabled and i plugged it into itunes and its not working, may i have some assistance?
May I please have some help? My iPad is disabled, I tried to plug it in but a pop keeps coming on saying: Your iPad cannot connect to iTunes because it is locked with a password. The thing is, I actually already knew it was locked with a passcode cause I cant even get in! I called earlier, got it working, but it disconnected for some reason. What should I do?

Disconnect the USB cable from the iPad, but leave the other end of the cable connected to your computer's USB port.
Turn off iPad: Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red slider appears, then slide the slider. Wait for iPad to turn off.
If you cannot turn off iPad using the slider, press and hold the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons at the same time. When the iPad turns off, release the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons.
While pressing and holding the Home button, reconnect the USB cable to iPad. When you reconnect the USB cable, iPad should power on.
Continue holding the Home button until you see the "Connect to iTunes" screen. When this screen appears you can release the Home button.
If necessary, open iTunes. You should see the recovery mode alert that iTunes has detected an iPad in recovery mode.
Use iTunes to restore iPad.

Did you try rebooting the iPad? You will need to have some battery power for this.
Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.

Yes, and, I try to restore. I have the T-Mobile sim card in it just to clarify. It will not let me get passed that, it does not accept the t-mobile sim card. i tried restoring it using wifi, cellular, and i cant get i tunes. I am scared that if i take the tmobile sim card out and put the at&t one in just to complete the restoration process that the iphone will lock again and not read the tmobile sim card, then all my hard work has gone for nothing. Did you choose the wrong back up? There should be a drop box when you go to "Restore from Back up" in iTunes and your iPhone is plugged in, on the Summary page. Choose the correct back up. If you can't find one, and you still have your device, back up your iPhone 4 again and then choose that back up. Or check for an old iCloud back up if you have one.

If your phone is showing the connect to the iTunes screen then you will need to reset it back to factory defaults. Prior to starting the update did you copy your purchases over to your computer's iTunes library and take a backup (either to iTunes or to the cloud) ? If you took a backup then you should be able to restore to that. If you didn't copy your purchases over then what you can redownload for free will show in the Purchased tabs in the iTunes, App Store and iBooks apps on your phone, and the Purchased link under Quick Links on the right-hand side of the iTunes store homepage on your computer's iTunes.

Try another USB power adapter if available.
If no other USB power adapter is available, try connecting to a high-power USB 2.0 port (not a keyboard). The computer must be turned on and not in sleep or standby mode.
Try another USB cable if available.
iPhone or iPod touch displays the low-battery image and is unresponsive
If you see the image below, charge the iPhone or iPod touch with USB power adapter for at least 15 minutes.
You should see this image when iPhone or iPod touch begins to charge:
If the screen still displays the low-battery icon, try turning the iPhone or iPod touch off and then on again.
If the issue persists, follow these troubleshooting steps.

my ipod will not update. I have plugged it into itunes and authorizing the computer but, it still says that all of the purchased product has not been transfered. It keeps telling me to authorize the computer which I have done. The purchased items were purchased using an $10 gift card, would that have anything to do with it?
