Have you tried a reset ? Press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot. You can then do a backup

Report to police along with serial number. Change all your passwords.

Icloud issues, what's the solution?????? :(

Has anyone had the problem with their iCloud where u have space on your iPhone and space in the icloud, but yet the books n apps that u download go directly to the icloud oppose to directly to your phone. Than when u attempt to download it from icloud it doesn't allow u to without reason. I'm faced with this issue at present, can anyone help?

I never had a problem like that unless I purchased something and then deleted it. And even then I still am able to redownload, unless I do not have enough space or my content is restricted.

I suggest resetting the iPad with this procedure:
Resetting your device
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button together for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

I have backed up this ipad on icloud SETTINGS a couple of weeks ago and through itunes. I've plugged into itunes and clicked on icloud back up but it doesn't change anything, it is still frozen. You need to return it to the seller and get your money back. You cannot reset or use the device with another AppleID installed unless you know the password for that ID.
If the device has been jailbroken, no one on here can give you any further help...the Terms of Use prohibit us from doing so.

These are user-to-user forums, you are not talking to Apple here, so I've asked the hosts to remove your email address, postal addresses and phone numbers from your post.
I'm not entirely sure what you are saying, but if those apps are crashing then have you tried toggling them 'off' and 'on' via Settings > iCloud ? And if that doesn't fix it then try closing them via the iPad's taskbar : from the home screen (i.e. not with any app 'open' on-screen) double-click the home button to bring up the taskbar, then press and hold any of the apps on the taskbar for a couple of seconds or so until they start shaking, then press the '-' in the top left of each app to close it, and touch any part of the screen above the taskbar so as to stop the shaking and close the taskbar.
You could also try a soft-reset : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.
