My Ipad is locked - not by me
My Ipad is locked - and it is not by me. I don now the opening code - do any member here know what i can do.
My Iphone has also been used by "find my Iphone" but not by me either. But it is not locked.
Another strange thing happened thismorning: All my data on my Idisk is gone.
Have all this mess an connection

It all sounds to bizarre to be random in my opinion. You can read this about the passcode. You will have to restore the iPad via iTunes to the computer that you first synced with.

Not sure about the iPhone and I have no clue about iDisk as I do not use the service.

I have an iPad 1st generation that no longer has working volume buttons but every once in a while the sound turns on. So I know the speakers still work. I have tried resetting all settings and made sure that my side switch was auto lock not auto mute. I have tried the mystical swiping upward on the screen with 4 fingers to get some special sound menu (which I never succeeded in getting). My headphone jack doesn't work all the time either so some times my kids can hear their games and sometimes they can't. I am super frustrated at this point. So any suggestions would be great. Am I missing something basic or do we just have a soundless iPad now?

I have a pop up message on my IPad that says it has not backed up in two weeks and now my ipad is locked and I cannot use it. I connected it to electricity, it is already on Wifi, and locked it with the button on top. But the message has not gone away. I cannot turn it off or remove the message or or slide to unlock. What can I do?

1. Go to Settings>General>Date and Time>Set Automatically>Off
2. Set the date ahead by a few months
3. You should then be able to connect to the store -
When i connect to itunes, it says in itunes- Itunes could not connect to the ipad "Name" because the ipad is locked with a passcode, but ovbiously i cant unlock my ipad. HELP!!!

Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the red slider appears. When the red slider appears, release the Sleep/Wake button.
Instead of dragging the red slider, press and hold the Home button for six seconds.

It simply stays on the same screen image, and does not respond to anything. When I plug it into itunes, there is no indication of its presence.

Not enough storage space. Do you backup to icloud? When you plug your ipad into charge it backs up to icloud. Your out of icloud storage. Could be the reason.
Locked....hmm... Did you try a reboot? Hold the home and power button(same time) till the screen goes black and apple logo appears. Ignore red sliders. -
