IF THE RESET DOESN'T WORK, FORCE IPAD INTO RECOVERY MODE
1. Turn off iPad
2. Turn on computer and launch iTune (make sure you have the latest version of iTune)
3. Plug USB cable into computer's USB port
4. Hold Home button down and plug the other end of cable into docking port. Do not release button until you see picture of iTune and plug (very important)
5. Release Home button.
ON COMPUTER
6. iTune has detected iPad in recovery mode. You must restore this iPad before it can be used with iTune.
7. Select "Restore iPad"...
Note: Data will be lost

Well have you tried holding down on both buttons until the Apple Logo appears on the screen again? Hold both buttons down for about 10 seconds or so and when the Apple logo appears on the screen again, let go of the buttons.

Last time I sent back to the service center and they said it is the system problem and reset the system and charge me for the service because they said it is not a hardware problem. It happened less then 30 days and same problem again. Can someone please send me the hard-reset step so I can try myself before I send back to the service center again? thanks

My Ipad stop working and is just showing the apple logo and right after that the ITunes logo , I connected it to my PC but it ask me to restore it. Is there any trick to do not loose all my pictures if I restore it?
Once the Device is in Recovery Mode... it is too late to save anything...
To minimise loss... after the successful Recovery... Restore from the most recent Backup...

Try and force your iPad into Recovery Mode
1. Disconnect the USB cable from the device, but leave the other end of the cable connected to your computer's USB port.
2. Turn off the device: Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red slider appears, then slide the slider. Wait for the device to turn off.
3. While pressing and holding the Home button, reconnect the USB cable to the device. The device should turn on.
4. Continue holding the Home button until you see the "Connect to iTunes" screen. When this screen appears, release the Home button.
5. iTunes should alert you that it has detected a device in recovery mode. Click OK, and then click Restore to restore the device.
Note: You need to be patient and repeat the above many times to recover your iPad. Data will be lost. -
My phone is always charged and always on but when i make or recieve a call it shuts down after 2 mins and just shows the apple icon and after another 2 mins will restart, any ideas what is wrong?
You may have to restore your phone to correct the problem.

That is a message telling you to connect your iPad to your computer and launch iTunes. Do it and see what happens. You may need to restore your iPad but first just connect the iPad to the computer and see if iTunes instructs you to finish the update.
