My ipad is stock that has a box saying icloud backup. i hit ok but its frozen
New iPad is stock & frozen. It has a box showing about iCloud back up but when I hit ok nothing is happeninng and I can't turn off the iPad.

Reset ( No Data will be Lost )
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears. Release the Buttons.

and make sure your initiating an icloud backup or it will come up again.
1. be connected to wi fi
2. be plugged in to power source
3. turn screen off
go to settings>icloud>storage and backup>backup now. -

How can i delete stuff that has been saved on iCloud backup?
Imight have stuff in my icloud back up stuff that i dont need any more and i want to take it off.
Delete it off your iPad and back up again. The new backup will overwrite your old one and won't contain the deleted data.

i have just dowloaded the icloud control panel on my PC and i am am able to see everything that has been pushed to icloud from my ipad. However i cannot see my email. i can send from the computer using icloud, but i do not see any mail that is being received by my ipad, which is set up with my mail server. What haven't i checked lol?
turn your ipad off by holding the sleep wake button for 5 seconds and slide to turn off then turn it back on and the apps should be finished and if the apps didnt finish just redownload them

'Value of valuated stock that has been issued' is different in MCBE and S031
Hello,
I noted that the field 'Value of valuated stock that has been issued' is different in the same period (07.2013) in table S031 and in the transaction MCBE.
Also, if the 'Quantity of valuated stock issues' for this period is 0, how can this field be calculated?

I am also analysing the same issue for S031 and MCBE. Found some points to share with you.
What I understood is this is due to Valueated stcock receipt value. This value is being added in issue value in MCBE report.
But not able to get why ? and S031 doesnt have value for valuated stock rec value. This value is being calculated during runtime and added to issue value in MCBE
Pls check and let me know if you have found the solution.

Same situation. Had to pull out the Mini to research this. The Apple logo has been on the screen about five min, oh, just went black. Home brought it back and popup is gone. Wonder why this happened to many folks.

You might try a forced shutdown to begin with, hold down the top and home buttons together until the device shuts down, then restart it.
If your back up continually fails, you might try turning off back up on your mobile device (settings > iCloud > storage & backup) and then deleting the backup file from iCloud by swiping the backup file on the mobile device (settings > iCloud > storage & backup > manage…) and then turning back up on again.
Being able to back up to the cloud can be very useful, especially if you don't have access to a computer or have infrequent access to one, however unless you specifically need to use iCloud for back up, you will find backing up to iTunes significantly more convenient and possibly more reliable. -

My ipad is hung with the dialogue box saying "this iPad hasn't been backed up in 4 weeks. Backup happen when this iPad is plugged in, locked and connected to WiFi". Even after doing that, I am not able to do anything with the iPad - neither able to reboot nor able to get to the homescreen. The dialogue box doesn't go at all even after pressing OK a hundred times. I treid tacking the back up through itunes and through 3G conncetion but of no avail. Please help
I too have been having this issue since about 12/14. That is around the same time I got the Ipad for my kids. I am unsure if it is related. I have tried logging out of icloud/deleting it and trying again. Removing most of the apps to sync. I reset my router. All of the attempts have produced zero results. I will be anxiously watching this thread for some help. Good luck to you also
