My iPad is stuck on the black and white apple logo

I tried to put my pictures from my ipad on my computer and then all of a sudden the battery died and now when i try to charge it up it gets stuck on the apple logo. I have tried to reset it by holding the home button and power button, but it does nothing but stay on that black screen with the white apple logo!! SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!!!!

every time its not being used or chraged, it goes to a black and white screen with an apple on it.
its not at hold and it is responding but how do i get it off of the screen?

Yesterday I restored my Ipod Touch back to factory settings...thought everything was fine until I realized my wifi option was grey and unclickable and read "no wifi", so I went to settings and hit "restore network settings". The ipod shut off and wont turn on since. Ive tried restarting multiple times, all it does is stay on the black screen with the apple logo. Help please?

If it's off you should push the top right button and the home button for a few seconds. Rebooting like that always worked for me!

I would be concerned as well if my iPod screen was displaying an Apple logo. I found a resource that I think would help in a situation like this.

I am absolutely disgusted by this; clearly a scam from HP to make more money by selling extra ink cartridges!! I will make sure to never buy any products from the shoddy rip off merchants at HP ever again!!

I am going to sell my second generation ipod touch, so i resetted it to factory defaults. It said it would take up to an hour, and i patiently waited. But when the black and white loading bar completed, the ipod went to the black screen with an apple logo

I am going to sell my second generation ipod touch, so i resetted it to factory defaults. It said it would take up to an hour, and i patiently waited. But when the black and white loading bar completed, the ipod went to the black screen with an apple logo on it. Sounds about right, right? But now, there is a processing circle on top of the logo, but the circle spins once, and stops at about halfway to the bottom. It just stays there, and about every half to one hour it becomes a white screen and starts all over again. (not the loading bar part, just the circle). I've tried holding the power and the home button, and it works, but it just goes back to the circle screen with the apple logo. HELP PLEASE?

Try:
- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iPod fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- If still not successful that indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

Is there a way I can export a video in the Black and White effect

On Universal Access in the System Preferences there is that option to make the whole computer in Negative and when I use that on a video i've made it looks so much cooler but like it only stays like that if it is in black and white effect.

My iPad is stuck on a black screen that has the iTunes logo and a usb adapter image. This all happened when I got a software update for iOS 8.1 and started the update. The screen will not leave this image. I've tried everything from resetting holding the buttons to restoring the factory setting from the site. Anyone have this from and can please help out?

My Ipad has the same logo on it's screen as well..trying to do an update via Itunes at present, but it is extremely slow.
There are intermittent flashes of the Apple logo on the screen while this is happening..

You're not alone. I am having similar problems with my Ipod 5th gen 30gb.
When I connect it to my laptop (Vista - basic) it is not recognised by itunes. Itunes simply locks up.
So far I have tried the following to no avail:
Checked my pc's device manager - it recognises the device and says it is functioning properly.
Checked the drivers to make sure they are upt to date.
Uninstalled & reinstalled a previous version of itunes (as it worked fine before the latest release).
Reinstalled the latest itunes.
Reset the ipod.
Put the ipod into disk mode and reconnected to itunes.
Have tried to use the windows tool to scan and fix any bad sectors but it fails to complete a scan without locking that up as well.
Placed into disk mode when fully charged and then allowed the battery to drain completely. Then reconnected ipod (in disk mode)and it still is not recognised and locks up itunes.
At this point I dont really want to part with another $300 odd dollars for a new one.

Hi all, I just bought a Lenovo Y70-70 and already encountered several problems with the screen :- I had to change the notebook twice because of clearer zones on the black and because of dead pixels- The model I have now still presents irregularities in the black : if the screen is black, I can still see a few clearer zones on it, especially (but not exclusively) on the edges- concerning the white, I am a bit disappointed too : this color present zones that are sometimes ok, sometimes more yellow. Even if it is subtle, I nevertheless particularily see this effect when reading or typing, due to an optical effect that amplifies the phenomenom when text is displayed which tires my eyes. I also see it on colors like beige or grey. As I use this computer to play but also to work, it is uncomfortable. What I would like to know is if these problems are inherent to the screen, or if it is a defect. What should I do ? Did other people encounter the same problems ? I didn't find any setting to improve it. Installation of Mavericks is the culprit here. Lightroom versions 4.4 and earlier are not fully compatible with OS 10.9.x. There will be no more updates to Lightroom version 4.x so the only fix is to upgrade Lightroom to 5.0 or later or reinstall an older OS on Mac.

There can be several things that could effect your issue. If you are using a color calibration device, it may change your white balance. Check and verify that you really are using pure white when filling, a value of 255, 255, 255 thats red, green, and blue. Check and see what color mode you are in, are you in 8 bit, 16 or 32 bit. Are you in RGB, CMYK, or other color mode.
I am sure there are a few other things, that I haven't thought of at the moment that can effect your issue.
The next question is what do you mean by black and white? or should I say how did you make it that way. Was it already a black and white (grayscale)? or did you convert it in photoshop and if so how. The reason I ask is there are more than one way to convert a color image to black and white and how you do it will effect the final outcome.
