I have had it for 3 years

My tip is to sell and get a new one. That is not a joke, just sold my wife's first gen, that she had for only a year. Fully expect Apple to retire it with ios 7. Got her ipad 3 and probably will have to retire that in a year or two. I feel as it is better to sell now, before new ios announced.

This is a part of the larger MacBook Pro connectivity issue. There are several related threads dealing with the MBP's networking problems. If your unit is suffering from this type of difficulty, good luck ... (or a long ethernet cable)
(PS Everybody please make noise on this one so apple comes up with a solution.)

On IDVD, I have 3 consecutive movie clips that I am trying to drop into the drop zone to create a DVD but it only recognizes the first one I dropped and only produced the first one in a DVD. How can I drop all three movie clips into one drop zone.

I have had some luck doing the following: Export each clip from imovie as a quicktime clip. Open iDVD and create a new project. Import a few stills into iDVD and then click on the button that gets created to get into the screen where the individual slides appear. Drag each quicktime into that screen and arrange in the order you want. You can then delete the stills. The button that appeared when you dropped in the stills will launch a complete show.

What modem is it? Pure cable modem .. did you power cycle the modem ( OFF for at least 30min..)??
This is essential to lose the old setup and start afresh.
How have you setup the TC?
Did you try just bridge to existing router? If it doesn't get an IP and you just bought it, possible it is faulty.
Lots more details.. really important things like did the ethernet connectivity leds go on.. both the TC port and the modem port - front ethernet indicator should light up..

Hi, I have deleted my old apple ID as it was my old email address and replaced it with a new one but cant seem to make my Iphone and Ipad forget the old one and Icloud will not let me in. also when I try my old password or try and reset it it will not let

I deleted/changed my old apple ID (from the apple webb site) and I have changed all my Apple products onto the new ID, but they all randomly ask for a password for the old ID (which now will not work and I can't change) the biggest problem is that my icloud account will not let me in to do anything.

We need to be clear here. Did you create a second ID, or just modify the single ID?

I recently transferred my music from a PC to a Mac and i just synced my ipad for the first time and the old music has gone on the ipad but the music i just downloaded will not sync yet it plays on iTunes?

It says that the computer is not authorized but it is and the old computer has been deauthorized. If you need more information just let me know

Delete the apps that have a different Apple ID and re-download/re-purchase them using yours.
Apps are forever tied to the Apple ID used to obtain them.
To updatethose apps, the same Apple ID & password must be used.
