My ipad just appeared the apple logo
My ipad just appeared the apple logo when power on and repeated again and again. I can not restore using itunes, what can i do now?
My ipad is on 4.3.5
I suppose, if you had no data on it, you could try the procedure for putting it in recovery mode and seeing if it would work subsequent to that...I'd run through the troublsehooting things in "cant connect to iTunes"

i need to recovery my ipadI would take it to your nearest apple store and have them help you. You should be able to connect the ipad to your computer and by using itunes reset it to the factory defaults and this should return your ipad to the state it was in when you purchased it. If that is not what you are trying to do then can you provide some more details about your problem.

I've just reset my iPhone 4s as I was planning to sell it on. After the normal stuff you see on a reset I've been left with a phone that just has the apple logo on the black screen and it appears to be frozen and wont do anything?? any ideas?
I've tried holding down top button and round button which makes it go off but as soon as you push top button again it comes back and again its frozen.

If you can help me facetime me at [email protected] or msg me.It would help to know whether it ever did work, or is this a new iPad for you? If new, you need to connect it to a Mac/PC that's running iTunes in order to register and initialize it. If it used to work, try doing a reset.

If the reset doesn't work, you have to force iPad into Recovery Mode
1. Turn off iPad

I have downloaded ios 6 on my ipad 2 but it wouldn't install and now my ipad won't work (just has the apple logo on the screen periodically) and it won't reset. Any ideas folks? Thanks in advance.
Try restoring the device using iTunes. Connect the iPad to your computer and when iTunes opens, select your device on the left side, then click on the summary tab, then click on Restore.
After the device is restored you will have an opportunity to restore from your backup. Restore from the backup when you are done and then sync with iTunes.

Try a reset. Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.

Have you tried a reset ? Press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for 10 to 15 seconds and see if it then reboots - you won't lose any content, it's the equivalent of a computer reboot. If that doesn't work then you might better help in the iPod forum (this is the iPad forum)
