My iPad keeps locking itself every few seconds, any ideas how to fix it... Drives me crazy as the screen keeps going blank and I have to constantly put in my pass code every few seconds. Can someone help me out please. The pass code lock is set at 10 minutes but it's happening every few seconds :(
I've run into the issue and it seems to be related to an app not fully supporting the iOS you're on, the reboot doesn't usually solve it.
I've solved it in the following manner(s):
1) Backup the device to iCloud, then erase the iPad (Content and Network Settings).
2) Setup the iPad and choose to restore from iTunes/iCloud Backup (wherever you backed it up)
3) Perform any software updates
I have not tried simply performing the software updates (which may fix it, but if it doesn't you won't be able to perform the above steps).

Sometimes when I watch a movie on Netflix on my apple tv it will sometimes pause and freeze for an extended period of time. It happens on about 1 out of every 5 movies I watch. If I watch a movie on my iMac (which is in the same room) I don't have any issues whatsoever. My Internet speed is fine at 50 MEG. I just think that it has something to do with the Apple TV unit. This doesn't sound right at all.
My thought would be:
1 - Possible itunes problem or corrupt itunes library file. Try using iTunes from a different user account to see if thatworks ok, if it does, I'd wonder about the other account library being corrupted.
2 - Network issue - ensure you've not enabled any firewalls or other software security which could be slowing communication to AppleTV.
3 - Hard drive problem - are these movies stored on the computer's main drive? If so, is the rest of the computer behaving normally or slowly? Check SMART status of drive using Disk Utility. If the movies are on an external or network drive, gain can you manually copy stuff to/from that drive normally? If not it could be a hardware issue or network slowness affecting a network drive. Also could the movies be on a drive that is no longer connected? The odd thing is the artwork not showing in itunes as it normally would in my experience even if files were no longer accessible for some reason.
4 - Just for good measure , and for no particular reason, sometimes restarting router, AppleTV and computer can help spurious issues.

The new updates to 6.0.1 has messed up my phone. Face time is always every5-10 seconds saying reconnecting poor quality when both users have full wifi signal with nothing else running in the back ground taking up bandwidth. What's the deal an it seems like I am not the only iPhone user that I have come across that is having this problem iPhones ranging from the 4,4s,5,ipad2 and ipad3 users seem to be having this same issue is there a fix. If not is there a way to go back to the 5.0 iOS that was alot more stable with no issues.

Since installing IOS7.0.2 my iPad keeps rebooting itself every few minutes. I can't do anything with it and cannot download the new IOS7.2 because it doesn't run long enough to accomplish the download. What can I do?
Try a Restart.
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red "slide to power off" slider appears, and then slide the slider. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears.
Resetting your settings
You can also try resetting all settings. Settings>General>Reset>Reset All Settings. You will have to enter all of your device settings again.... All of the settings in the settings app will have to be re-entered. You won't lose any data, but it takes time to enter all of the settings again.
Resetting your device
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button together for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears. Apple recommends this only if you are unable to restart it.
Or if this doesn't work and nobody else on the blog doesn't have a better idea you can contact Apple.

I copied a calendar item from Outlook to the Calendar app. I can't delete it and the reminder repeats itself every few seconds. How can I stop the reminder? How can I delete the calendar item?
Can you access in on icloud.com and delete the event? If not, and force-quitting didn't help, try going to System Preferences>iCloud, uncheck Calendars, choose Delete from Mac when prompted (they will still be in iCloud), then restart your Mac and go back and check Calendars again.

After the restore did the phone work properly for a while? Say, a day or so?
If so it is possible you have an app that doesn't let go of memory properly. I reboot my iPhone ( hold sleep/wake and hole till you see the apple logo) every few days. This resets the memory. The iPhone OS has doesn't seem to mange memory very well yet. So a reboot will help with that. I have had my phone almost slow to a stop before I started rebooting. Always reboot after installing a new app. Also do you close all pages in Safari when you are done? This is a good practice. Safari will run in the background and use processor time and drain your battery quicker. Create a new blank page then close all others when you are done browsing for a while. I have also found that certain web site that have animated images like weather maps will turn the phone into molasses. As soon as i close that page it gets faster.
If all of the above have no effect then as Tamara said it is time for a trip to the Genius bar.

That happened to my brother earlier. He went into Facebooand then into another app and the same thing happened. he ended up having to restore it. Mine stayed with the Apple logo for a bit but its back to normal after pressing the buttons a million times. I hope you get your problem sorted. Goodluck!

Settings >> Mail, Contacts. Calendars >> Organise by Thread. Switch to OFF to see every individual email in the Inbox.

As an anecdote, our 20" early 2008 iMac has been running fine since we bought it nearly three years ago. The AppleCare is up at the end of this month so unless Murphy's Law notices we expect another year or two out of it before we upgrade it. It's on probably 18-22hrs out of every day.

Restart your computer to un-freeze iTunes there.
Restart your iPad by holding the Home and Sleep/Wake buttons together for 10 seconds.
Plug in again, and restore to last backup if necessary. -
