It's normal, and more using a 5W power adapter (a iPad with Retina display can take 6 hours to charge completely with a 12W power adapter).

That will depend on how you buy the iPad.
If you buy it from an Apple Store directly at full price it will be unlocked, and can take a sim card from any compatible GSM carrier.
If you buy it directly from T-Mobile under a subsidy(at a discount price tied to a service contract) Then it may be locked to T-Mobile for at least 40 days of service with them. -

Start with this and see of it will start up. Unplug it from the charger before you do this.
Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. See if the iPad starts up. -
I just got new ipad mini....I want to delete all of the music that was synced from my itunes account. I have went through and deleted some songs one by one but some have a cloud icon with a red arrow on them.....is there a simple way just to delete them?
Yes there is. Those songs are not actually on your iPad. They are in iCloud ready for download if you choose to do so. If you want to remove them go to Settings>iTunes & App Store>Show All>Music>Off. You can also do this in Settings>Music>Show All Music>Off.

However, after your remove the Apple software components also remove the iCloud Control Panel via Windows Programs and Features app in the Window Control Panel. Then reinstall all the Apple software components

- New cable and different USB port

Just bought an iPhone 5s, as I turned on the phone it showed 71% of battery, I drained it to 15% and next charged it for 3 and a half hours to fully charge. Did I do any mistake ? Should have I let it to get discharged in order to fully charge it ? Hello, my ipad mini is not charging what so ever and it is literally 0%. Once I put it on my wall charger, it still won't charge. I tried rebooting it, by pressing the home and sleep button for 15 second. I tried to change the wall outlet, AC Charger Adapter with USB for the Apple ipad mini and nothing would not work. This happened more than a billion times, and i had to wait more than 18 hours just to reach 1% before.
My Imessage doesn't work either, each time I send a message it won't send.
I have lots of problems with my ipadmini.
