My iPad says there was a previous billing issue and to fix it in purchase history but I can't figure out how to get there.
I can't download any apps until this problem fixed
Launch iTunes on your computer and click on iTunes store on the left side bar. Click on Account under Quick Links on the right. You will have to enter your password and then you can access your purchase history on the next screen that you will come to.
But how you fix the problem from there is beyond my knowledge.
It could be an issue with your credit card as well. Read this.

I have a new iPhone 5 with company software from where I work. I backed my old phone before I got this one on iCloud but I cannot figure out to get my stuff onto this phone without erasing the content that was just put on it.
The only way to do so is to start over: Settings>General>Reset>Erase All Content & Settings. You won't be able to use the backup of your old phone unless you are setting up a new phone.

Hi. I just downloaded "angry birds" from the iTunes store. It says it was successfully downloaded and that I can use it on the two mac products I have. I can see an icon for it in the finder on the mac, but I can't figure out how to play the game. Anyone?

I have purchased Adobe XI Pro and created a form for entering bowling scores to submit to newspaper for my high school team. I can not figure out how to get pdf's into my documents folder on my iPad so that I can access the files in bowling alleys where I do not have a Wi-Fi connections. I need to be able access files without going to acrobat.com. Help!!!@
Post the PDF files to a web site. The browse to them in Safari on the iPad. When you Open the files specify the Open to occur in Adobe Reader. Then you can have/Save them in your Documents folder on the iPad. An iPad has limited access to files otherwise.

A while back I made a gamecenter account that was not associated with an Apple ID, it was with my email, now my gamecenter account IS my Apple ID. I want to delete it and make a new one, but i can't figure out how. Help!
Since you can't delete Apple IDs and having multiple Apple IDs can cause confusion, what you may want to do is rename your existing Apple ID to the new email (desired Apple ID). That would in effect do what you want, get rid of the old and give you the new.

how do I spend song credits? Can't figure it out...trying to change store from US to other country and it won't let me do it until I've spent my credits but I can't figure out what kind of credits they are or how to use them - my profile simply says "5 credits"....Aaaaarghhhhhh...... Help?

- If you have no free song credits or gift certificates, prepaid cards, or allowance credits, your credit card is billed for the songs you buy.

How can I stay in the timeline view and not switch to instrument view when i press the record button in garageband 1.2 on ipad 2 ? I know it's possible because i did it by accident,but now i cannot figure out how to do it again. It's driving me insane......please help!!!
After having experienced similar problems and having it back to work, I have a few suggestions:
- Try to find out if the syncing stops at a particular track or song. That might - out of the blue - have gotten corrupted in one way or another. Since that song will not be on the iPod, iTunes will try over and over to put it on and crash in one way or another;
- reformat the iPod as described in the iTunes 9 crash-thread. It takes time (at first it seems to do nothing, but that is because the green bar is moving with very small steps);

Apple tech so far hasn't helped except to advise me to get manuals online that Sony doesn't post on its website. I've sent off an inquiry to Sony but don't expect an answer. Apple assumes my devices are bluetooth but the iPad2 hasn't figured out how to discover them, and I don't know how to make them discoverable. I'd like to have the option to use them but so far haven't been able to figure out how.

On the iPad, go to Settings-General-Bluetooth. Set Bluetooth to ON and a new window appears while the iPad searches for Bluetooth devices.
To get the keyboard into a discoverable mode, you may need to remove its batteries for a while. If it is not possible to get it to appear on the iPad, could the keyboard be defective? Can it be discovered by other computers?

We are trying to move our music library stored on the Mac to a second ipad. We have already set up the second ipad and are only interested in getting select music onto the second ipad. I am working on an iBooks Author Widget and want to allow the user to switch between drawing-pad functions and a text field on screen. I'd like to create an action that will automatically re-order the layers so that the text field is accessible when typing but covered when writing by hand. Then, I'd like the opposite to be available, so that the text field is accessible when typing, but the drawing pad is left alone.
Have you tried using the selections in the Encore menu viewer that show you selected and activated states?

I have used 9.8 GB of storage. I want to get below 5 GB. But I cannot figure out where the 9.8 comes from. In looking at the menu, I don't use more than 2 GB. How can I find out what the other 7 GB contain

then to my experience that is your imessages. Every picture that you sent and video, is saved again and again in every friendly conversation.
Keep in mind that it takes three backups until size of the backup is going to reflect changes, since icloud holds up to three.
Keep in mind that your photostream does not go against your storage.
