My ipad screen has turned negative and thermal looking

Hello - I am not too technical and don't understand all of the jargon, but I am willing to try. My ipad screen is shades of pink and blue and looks thermal/negative/
I did not drop it, it just opened that way. Any ideas on what I can do?
