My Ipad software is version 3.2.1 an i want to update it. but it will not give me an update option on the device. It also just says in itunes that it is updated?HELP

An iPad 1 can only be updayed to iOS 5.1.1. iPad 2 & 3 go to iOS 6.

If you are currently running an iOS lower than 5.0, connect to your computer & click on the "Update your device using iTunes".
Tip - You may need to disable your firewall and anitvirus software temporarily. Then download and install the iOS update. Be sure and backup your iPad before the iOS update. After you update to iOS 6.x, the next update can be installed via wifi (i.e., not connected to your computer).

I have an iPad that will not allow me to accept iCloud terms and conditions. It just says server not available. But on an annoyingly regular basis a pop up asks me to accept term and cond, I go to iCloud and try to but that is when it tells me it cannot connect to the server. Frustrating as I cannot get rid of the pop ups.

I bought a used iPod and they were previously signed onto their iCloud account. I have been wanting to change it but I have not been able to sign out of the previous account because I cannot sign out of "Find My iPod Touch" due to not knowing the password. How am I able to shut that off and log into my own account?
You can't. This is a security feature to prevent the resale of stolen iOS devices. You need to contact the seller and have him/her remove it from their iCloud account. Or return and get your money back. See: Find My iPhone Activation Lock - Apple Support

I used my apple tv wirelessly and it worked fine,then I plugged an Ethernet wire into the Apple TV to move it and could not it to connect. When I unplugged Ethernet wire it will not give me a wireless option. How do I get that back?
If your problem persists get yourself a micro USB cable (sold separately), you can restore your Apple TV from iTunes:
1. Remove ALL cables from Apple TV. (if you don't you will not see Apple TV in the iTunes Source list)
2. Connect the micro USB cable to the Apple TV and to your computer.
3. Reconnect the power cable (only for Apple TV 3)
4. Open iTunes.
5. Select your Apple TV in the Devices list, and then click Restore.
(You may already have a micro USB cable if you have a camera or other digital device) -

I have tried all the solutions apple has offered online. I will not reset my phone to factory settings unless it is a last resort. What is Apple doing to fix this? I had my last Iphone last for more than 2 years and I hve had this one less than a year. My Wifi was greyed out and now it's on but won't connect or locate any networks (but if I keep switching it on and off it will freeze on me again). Does Apple have plans to fix this problem because I refuse to purchase a new phone?
Are there any other new solutions to try in fixing the Wifi that doesn't require freezing or heating up the phone or switching to airplane mode and resetting the network settings as well making sure it's up todate or changing the apostrophe in the phone's name? My phone has never been dropped or damaged. Everyone around the world seems to be having this problem and Apple does not seem to be making a move to fix it? I use this phone for everything and 4g will only last so long before I reach my monthly limit. I downloaded iOS 7 to my iPhone 5. On the process I must have put in an unknown passcode. Now the phone is disabled. I spent hours on the phone with Apple tech tech help. It told me to do a forced restore. I have not had success doing that. I tuned does not recognize the device It is still disabled. HELP

Itunes will not open from my desk top. It just says "This version of Itunes has not been correctly localized for this language. Please run the English version". How can I change versions or whatever if unable to open at all? TIA
Let's try a repair install of iTunes.
Restart the PC first.
If you're using Vista or 7, now head into your Uninstall a program control panel, select "iTunes" and then click "Repair".
If you're using XP, head into your Add or Remove Programs control panel, select "iTunes", and click "Change". Select "Repair" and click "Next" as per the following screenshot:
