My ipad unable to drag the slider, tried on restart, no reponse. How to solve this?
My ipad is not hang, just unable to drag the slider to access it.
I had tried many times on "Hold down the Sleep (On-Off) and Home buttons together for about 10-15 seconds or until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears - then let go of the buttons. The device should begin to start up"
It appeared apple logo, the device is restart, however still unable to drag the slider.
It is faulty on the screen?

It sounds like your Touchscreen on the iPad isnt working correctly. I would recommend the troubleshooting info in the following article to help you figure out if this is a hardware issue or not:
If the screen on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch doesn't respond to touch
Make sure your hands are clean and dry, then try these steps:
If you have a case or screen protector on your device, try removing it.
Clean the screen with a soft, slightly damp, lint-free cloth.
Unplug your device.
Restart your device. If you can't restart, reset your device.
If your touchscreen still doesn't respond like it should, contact Apple Support or take your device to an Apple Retail Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider.

I use the same e-mail address at the all of my devices: desktops, tablet, smartphones. Only Jiayu G4S (Android 4.2.2) is not synchronised! The system informs me that FireFox has been faced with problem, the mistake has occured, the application will be stoped.

Please try to reinstall Firefox for Android and remove the sync account. Re add the sync account and please post back with the results. -

Have you tried a reset ? Press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider if it appears), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.

Instead of dragging the red slider, press and hold the Home button for six seconds.

FORCE IPAD INTO RECOVERY MODE
1. Turn off iPad
2. Turn on computer and launch iTunes (make sure you have the latest version of iTune)
3. Plug USB cable into computer's USB port
4. Hold Home button down and plug the other end of cable into docking port.
DO NOT RELEASE BUTTON until you see picture of iTunes and plug
5. Release Home button.

6. iTunes has detected iPad in recovery mode. You must restore this iPad before it can be used with iTunes.

Have you tried sending the attachment from a different account. Have a friend send you an attachment. Get a gmail account.
Send the email with attachments to two different accounts one to your ipad and the other to a gmail account in a web browser and not on an iPad. See if you can read the ones to the gmail account.
You did reboot your ipad?
