My ipad was bought from a store closing down and have been given a demo mode unit. How do I get it out of demo mode?

My partner bought me an ipad 3 for Christmas, I noticed that there are certain apps I can't access and can't delete them. I checked the Internet for solutions only to find my ipad is a demo mode version. The store has since closed down. Help!!!

You might, depending upon what country that you are in, be able to download them via the Purchased tab in the iTunes store app on your phone, and the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store homepage on your computer's iTunes (or try the Store > Check For Available Downloads menu option on your computer's iTunes and see if that downloads them).
If you aren't in a country where music can be redownloaded, and you never downloaded those 14 tracks, then try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support : http://reportaproblem.apple.com

Yes, it can be true. There is a limit to how far back some versions are available and Acrobat Standard versions especially so. Every once in a while I will say a version is not available and someone will pop up and say otherwise. I can only identify the resources where you can search to see if you can find it. When you share an iCloud account between devices, any action you take on one device (such as deleting contacts) is synced to the others. (That's want iCloud does; syncs data across devices, keeping the data on the devices the same.)
The only way to recover them now is to try restoring your device to your last backup, or restore them from another backup source.
