I think I understand what you mean so try this and see if it lets you get back into your settings.
Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.

Sorry, don't know what you are asking. You have an old iPad Mini 3 and a new iPad Mini 3? How did you set up the new iPad? Did you restore it from a backup of the old iPad? What photos are you not seeing?

I have 5th gen Ipod Nano and I have recently bought a new computer and have been syncing all of my music onto itunes.But when I try to login I get locked out. I have tried using ICloud but I still get locked out. So I created a new Apple ID, I have been forced by ICloud to do this many times in the past and eventually the ICLOUD icon will appear and I can sync all my music I have purchased on itunes in the past. I as a customer not only find this process very aggravating but also feel its a waste of my time and money that I have spent purchasing the songs because in a matter of weeks ICloud will log me out.When trying to log back in it will reject my email and password saying its not a valid account when I have already verified the account. I have also experienced problems with the ipod itself, sometimes the Itunes won’t show that the Ipod is connected when it is or not syncing my music and also not allowing anymore songs to be put on it when it says it has not all the storage has been used up. I have tried uninstalling Itunes and then reinstalling it. The problem seems fixed for a while and then it starts again. I have had to deal with this problem for months now. I find this very frustrating. I don’t see the point in having an Apple ID or password when nobody but me accesses it on itunes. It would make more sense to have an option that will keep account logged in. I also find that your website does not offer any help when encountering this problem.The only options I have online are to login with my apple ID and change my name,email address or password. This also adds to my frustration with Apple. I have tried to turn ICloud on by following your instructions at help.apple.com but still find that the problem isn’t solved. I have looked on your site to see if I have an up to date Itunes downloaded and that ICloud installed correctly and I did. But still cant access my account or retrieve any of the music. I find there are many faults in your system which make it hard for me to enjoy using any of your products. If this continues I may just have to buy a different mp3 player and use that. I do not wish to stop using my Ipod.

You must initiallly activate iCloud from an IOS device or a Mac. You cannot inititally activated from a PC.

But when we subscribe it using iCloud with iphone that it is not working. Can you please help me that what is the issue on iphone or where is the issue in my .ics file?

You need to go to System Preferences (this may be called Settings in Mountain LIon)>iCloud and sign out. Then sign in with the new ID.

Cant restore back up from iCloud as password not accepted

I can't change my DNS settings. I'm trying to restore while setting up my phone. If I change the DNS settings while on the phone, and then restore the phone and try to restore from the back-up on my iCloud, it won't save that I've changed settings to use Google's public DNS. I would log onto my university's secure wifi instead of their guest wifi, but unfortunately I can't. because that involves an installation, which I can't do if I restore my phone and am trying to set it up.

HT4796 i have successfully migrated the music but it just shows up in my files and has not updated my iTunes library which is still getting the music from iCloud and is not using the migrated files. Any ideas?

I have successfully used windows migration software to move my music library from a PC to my MacBook Air.
However the music files are just stored in my file system and have not updated my itunes files. Itunes is still getting the music down from icloud instead of using the music files.

If you're using Windows Movie Maker and HP Photo to build slide shows, this is not an iPod touch issue (nor an iTunes issue), so I'd suggest you take up the problem on a web site that deals with Movie Maker or HP Photo issues. It's really not something we can help with in this forum.
If you're building this slide show on your iPod, please post back and tell us what app(s) you're trying to use, and whether the iPod app on your iPod touch shows and plays your songs correctly. Knowing the specific model of iPod you have and the version of iOS it's running will probably also help.

Trying to restore Whatssapp from iCloud and it's frozen

I am borrowing an iPhone 4s as mine isn't working anymore, before transferring my sim I backed up all my chat history on Whatssapp.
Now my sim is in a new iPhone 4s and has frozen whilst trying to back up.
i Have tried putting the phone om and off and also deleting the app but it isn't working and the reboot isn't showing how much percent it has left etc (which it normally does)
i can't lose the data on Whatssapp as it has important information so please help!

Where do you have 100GB of space? The largest phone is 64GB; the largest iCloud account is 55GB.
You need sufficient space on your phone, not in your iCloud account, if that's what you mean. Check Settings>General>Usage to see the available space on your phone. If you don't have enough, you'll have to delete or sync some of the date off of your phone to make more room.

I have just gotten my iphone replaced, and to first start it up it gave me options to rather start as new phone or restore from iCloud.
I tried iCloud option but it cannot load out my iCloud back up, so the genius told me to just start it as a new phone first and then plug it in to your iTunes.
but I've been relying on iCloud to back up everything, so I haven't backed up to iTunes since august, now I've lost everything since August.
I can still see the back up on iCloud Manage and Back up but how do I restore it from there?

Then, delete the backup.
After that to save new ones, turn the iCloud Backup ON.

I have the same problem. Unfortunately, the troubleshooting link you added has the first step listed as "Verify that FaceTime is enabled in FaceTime > Preferences" which we (the original poster and I) can't do as our Preferences are greyed out. We can't click on them to verify anything.
In FaceTime itself it's verified my apple id (also double checked via the site) and then it says the email is "verified" but then it freezes and after a minute or so it says "Could not verify the email address. Please check your network connection and try again."
After checking the network connection, it still doesn't work. It's rather frustrating as it all worked fine until about a week or two ago.
Any help would be appreciated.
