Sorry, you said Gmail. If that's the case, you can try resetting your iPad by simultaneously pressing and holding the Home and Sleep/Wake buttons until you see the Apple Logo. This can take up to 15 seconds so be patient and don't release the buttons until the logo appears.
Try again to see if the problem persists.

Sounds like you have multiple Apple IDs, which causes a myriad of issues. Go here to straighten it out. Be forewarned that it's a pain.

I bought a new iPad and want to sync to my iCloud. We'll I updated my Apple ID and password as we'll. however it won't allow me to sign in to the cloud because it still brings up the old Apple ID and asks for a password.

TS1398 I have been having network problems on my Ipad and I reset all network settings as advised in the article about problems connecting to networks. Now my Ipad will not allow me to sign onto any network....it will not accept the passwords for any net

My ipad has been a little glitchy for the last couple of weeks....not able to load pages because of DNS lookup failure and really slow loading...some of which has to do with the DSL service I have, but I followed the directions on one of the Apple wi-fi issues pages to reset network all connections..which I did, and now the Ipad cannot connect to WiFi because it will not accept (or cannot resolve..or??) password. I am sure I am typing the password correctly and have tried it on several routers..and it cannot cannect to any router properly even with the correct password. My laptop is connected just fine and it accepts the password and I have confirmed the password with the ISP and tried other routers.
So the question is what should I do if I am entering the right password and the Ipad can't sign itself on to the Wifi network?

Some things to try first:
1. Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord for 30 seconds or longer) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.
2. Go to Settings>Wi-Fi and turn Off. Then while at Settings>Wi-Fi, turn back On and chose a Network.

4. Go into your router security settings and change from WEP to WPA with AES.
5. Renew IP Address: (especially if you are droping internet connection)
    •    Launch Settings app

    •    In the window that opens, tap on the Renew Lease button

The quickest way (and really the only way) to charge your iPad is with the included 10W USB Power Adapter. iPad will also charge, although more slowly, when attached to a computer with a high-power USB port (many recent Mac computers) or with an iPhone Power Adapter (5W). When attached to a computer via a standard USB port (most PCs or older Mac computers) iPad will charge very slowly (but iPad indicates not charging). Make sure your computer is on while charging iPad via USB. If iPad is connected to a computer that’s turned off or is in sleep or standby mode, the iPad battery will continue to drain.
Apple recommends that once a month you let the iPad fully discharge & then recharge to 100%.

Try connecting to Facebook from the Internet.
Click on download Facebook for Android device.
It will allow you to replace the existing Facebook application.
Then sign in to the Facebook application.

My iPad won't allow me to have subscriptions

Hi,
i have a new iPad that I got just for reading periodicals but there is one problem. After I buy a subscription and sign in, the apps say I am signed in to my account but still treat me like an unpaid guest. These are two completely different apps that do this and these subscriptions and apps work just fine on my Samsung phone. the help desks at both companies have tried everything and both say it is my iPad to blame. Do I have something wrong i my settings or did I simpl buy a bunk iPad?
The device is model number MD510LL and version 8.1.2.

Since all the documents are held on iCloud and read from there by your Mac, obviously they will disappear from your Mac (but not the server) when you sign out. They will reappear (give them time) when you sign back in.

Photoshop elements 10 freezes and won't allow me to sign in.

I've installed photoshop elements 10. Serial # is accepted. I try to open the application on my mac and it freezes. No sign in and I have to force quit the application. Does anyone have any suggestions because Chat support is apparently only for the new versions.

When PSE 10 came out, there was a free account at photoshop.com, but adobe has since shut that down and replaced it with revel. PSE 10 doesn't know anything about that, though, so it will keep looking for the old server if you try to sign in. Best thing is just not to use the welcome screen at all. Go into applications and make dock icons for the editor and/or organizer from there and start them directly.
The editor is not the file you think it is. It's hidden inside the Support Files folder in the PSE 10 folder. You want this file:
