My iPad won't connect to a server for mail only. This happened after my update to 7.02 update to 7.02

MY iPad mini cannot connect to the server for Yahoo! email. I am able to access internet and Facebook. This connection error came after an upgrade to 7.02. Has anyone else had this issue? Have you been able to resolve it? I have checked all my account info, deleted and re-entered my account, rebooted my iPad. Nothing has helped.

This may be caused by a corrupt existing backup that needs to be deleted, or by data on your device that is causing the backup to fail. To troubleshoot these, try deleting your last iCloud backup (if you have one) by turning off iCloud Backup in Settings>iCloud>Storage & Backup, then tap Manage Storage, tap your device under Backups, then tap Delete Backup. Then go back and turn iCloud Backup back on and try backing up again.
If it still won't back up, you may have an app or something in your camera roll that is causing the backup to fail. To locate which one, go to Settings>iCloud>Storage & Backup>Manage Storage, tap the name of your device under Backups, under Backup Options tap Show All Apps, then turn them all to Off (including camera roll) and try backing up again. If the backup is successful, then the camera roll and/or one of your apps is causing the backup to fail and you'll have to located by process of elimination. Turn the camera roll On and try backing up again. If it succeeds, turn some of your apps to On and try backing up again. hello, this is a scam tactic that is trying to trick you into installing malware, so don't download or execute this kind of stuff! as you've rightly mentioned, you're already using the latest version of firefox installed and you can always initiate a check for ''updates in firefox > help > about firefox''.
you might also want to run a full scan of your system with the security software already in place and different tools like the [http://www.malwarebytes.org/products/malwarebytes_free free version of malwarebytes], [http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/adwcleaner/ adwcleaner] & [http://www.kaspersky.com/security-scan kaspersky security scan] in order to make sure that there isn't already some sort of malware active on your system that triggers these false alerts.

Well, do you actually have a web host server to be able to connect to in the first place. You need this before you can publish a website from iWeb in that way.
Also, you don't publish a site on iWeb. You use iWeb to design your website and then publish from iWeb to your web host/server.
What version of iWeb are you using?

Galaxy S5 Won't Connect to Email Server for POP3 or IMAP

I use POP3 from a rackspace webmail account. I use it on my PC and a few mobile devices.
Got a new S5 and all seems good except setting up my rackspace email.
I know all the setting are good, I can verify them with rackspace and on my other devices.
I have confirmed I have a good internet connection, both via wifi and the Vz network.
I tried setting up as IMAP instead, and the S5 also does not authenticate with the email server.
Rackspace can't help me, their settings are simple and work fine on other devices.
I've tried using my wifi and with wifi turned off.
Other mail (yahoo and gmail) both work fine.
Any good ideas?

Try this - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. I had the same problem after updating to iOS 7 today. I did follow the advice on another site, but additionally rebooted my iMac. Worked after that.
Follow these steps to reset the Lockdown folder:
Disconnect all iOS devices from your computer and quit iTunes.
From the Finder, choose Go > Go to folder.
Type the following and then press Return:
/var/db/lockdown.
The Finder window should display one or more files with long alphanumeric file names.
In the Finder, choose Edit > Select all. Then, choose File > Move to Trash. Enter an administrator password if prompted.
Note: Do not delete the Lockdown folder itself. Delete only the files contained inside the Lockdown folder.
Reconnect your iOS device and open iTunes
My Additional step: reboot the Mac. Your iPad should give the first indication that it has worked by asking you to "trust this computer" or some such. Agree. Then iTunes should have reopened with your iPad showing and syncing.

Won't connect to afp server

We have a 2 x 2 GHz G5 which was recently upgraded to X.4.5 and connected to a Gigabit switch. Everything initially worked fine. The other day the computer crashed while compressing files in Cleaner, and since then it won't connect to our server anymore, and Cleaner won't startup either. Internet acces still works. Our two other macs, with similar configurations, still have acces to the server.
When I try to connect to our server a window appears saying connecting to afp://... then a second window appears which says searching for "name of server" but they just stall there.
When I tried to launch Cleaner, the same second window appears saying searching for server, but Cleaner won't launch. I trashed Cleaner's prefs and it now launchs.
I tried trashing the network prefs, to no avail.
any ideas ?

UPDATE
Although the other macs could connect via AFP, this particular G5 couldn't until the password scheme for AFP was set to "Apple Clear Text" on the Windows Small Business 2003 Server.
- On the server Go "Start'
- Right Click "My Computer"
- Choose "Manage" - This will open the Computer Management Window
- Right click "Shared Folders"
- Choose "Configure File Server For Macintosh"
- Under "Enable Authentication" choose "Apple Clear Text" from the menu
- Click "Apply", then "OK"
If this isn't done, some OSX Macs may receive a -35 error when trying to connect to the server - I still don't know why the other macs we're fine as all Macs were running OS 10.4.6

Ipad won't connect to the internet

Hi, I was using my Ipad one day on the inrternet and it stopped connecting. It hasn't connected yet. I have wiped it reset it and all of the above but it still won't connect.

Some things to try first:
1. Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord for 30 seconds or longer) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.
2. Go to Settings>Wi-Fi and turn Off. Then while at Settings>Wi-Fi, turn back On and chose a Network.
3. Change the channel on your wireless router (Auto or Channel 6 is best). Instructions at http://macintoshhowto.com/advanced/how-to-get-a-good-range-on-your-wireless-netw ork.html
4. Go into your router security settings and change from WEP to WPA with AES.
5. Renew IP Address: (especially if you are droping internet connection)
    •    Launch Settings app
    •    Tap on Wi-Fi
    •    Tap on the blue arrow of the Wi-Fi network that you connect to from the list
    •    In the window that opens, tap on the Renew Lease button

Note - When troubleshooting wifi connection problems, don't hold your iPad by hand. There have been a few reports that holding the iPad by hand, seems to attenuate the wifi signal.
