My ipad won't connect to the App Store even when the wifi is on
I tried rebooting the ipad and turning everything off and then back on including the router and it still won't connect because all I get is "cannot connect to the iTunes Store". HELP ME PLZ
Try reset iPad
Hold down the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears
Note: Data will not be affected.

Reset the device:

Safari won't trust ANY website certificate, even after I tell it to (click Always trust this site option), and i can't connect to the APP store even though I'm clearly connected to the internet. This all started immediately following a RAM upgrade. Please advise.
Take each of the following steps that you haven't already tried. If the problem isn't solved, ask for further instructions.
1. Are the current date (including the year) and time shown on your system clock? If not, correct them and test.
2. Disable any third-party firewall, "security" software, or network filter.
3. In some versions of OS X, Parental Controls has a bug that prevents loading of secure websites. Turn it off.
4. The process by which OS X checks the validity of root SSL certificates doesn't work behind the authenticating SOCKS proxies used on some enterprise networks. If applicable, contact your network administrator. The proxy server may need to have its settings changed. -

My App Store is connected to another account. I've tried to alter all my settings through iTunes, The App Store on both the phone and my Mac but it is still connected to the original owner's apple ID. Is there something I can do?
Turn off Find My iPhone in iCloud on the iDevice.
Log out of iMessage, Facetime, remove Apple ID from iTunes & App Store.
Use Settings > Reset > Erase All Content and Settings.
Then set it up as a new iPhone with your own Apple ID. -
I have installed OS6 on my iPhone 4. A new App is Passbook. When I click on the App Store bar at the bottom of the Passbook page a message pops up saying Cannot connect to iTunes Store. That's wrong isn't it? It should not be trying to connect to the iTunes Store but to the App Store?.
It should be telling you to download the latest iTunes on your computer... you can't install iTunes on your iPhone.

I'm now showing I have 9 updates in the App Store but when I click on updates it is blank and won't load. Tried to reset but didn't help. What now?

Is the address on your account based in France ? The language of the stores should reflect the language of the country where your account is based, which isn't necessarily the same language as you've set on the device.
If your account isn't based in a French spealing country, then try logging out of the account (via Settings > Store) and then log back in (and also make sure that your address is correct and complete), and see if the language of the iTunes and App Store the reflect the language of the country where your account is based. -
I updated my mac 10.8 to mavericks but after installation the app store ask for the same software update again..i have a slow connection..i cannot install it again and again..what should i do?
In case you are not aware, Mavericks requires a high speed broadband connection.
In the event you need to restore or repair the starutp disk, OS X Recovery also requires a broadband connection as noted here > About OS X Recovery

15Mbps or less, you may not be able to install Mavericks or use OS X Recovery. -
I use iphone5, I see an app update on the app store. but when App store and click on the update tab, it doesn't show me which application to update.. just gives me a blank page.!!!! I wouldn't able to know what app has to be updated, untill and unless i get check for each every app on the app store installed on my iphone... what is the solution for this.!!!! can any1 one help me out.!!!!

You can probably change the ID in the "iTunes and App stores" settings on the iPad....click on the wrong account ID , select sign out, then log in with your own ID, I have not done this but I think it works.....
but I would be more inclined to to the factory reset and start afresh. -

Recently when I install apps, the icon does not appear on the menu screen, also, it shows that it is downloading at the app store and when complete, I can not open it or reinstall it. Has happened on the last 4 free apps. Help Please
Reset your iPad. Press and hold both the power and home buttons for 10-15 seconds till the Apple logo appears. Release both buttons. Wait 15-20 seconds till you iPad starts on it's own. Now try and download an app.

I have an IMAC and purchased OS X Lion to upgrade from the APP store, and launched the software for downloading, and I have been waiting on this for an hour, and it still says it's downloading? What do I do next?

The OS X Lion installer takes more than 4 GB of space, so it is normal for most Internet connections to take the download more than an hour.
If you want to see the download progress, open the Mac App Store and go to Purchases.

I really want to get Pages in the App Store, but when is iWork 2011 coming to the App Store? If I buy Pages now, is it going to be a free upgrade to Pages 2011? Pages on the iPad is great and I really really want it on my MacBook.

Probably not.
Especially since you don't have to download all three apps, I'd suggest that you go ahead if you have an urgent need. It's a personal decision and depends on how much you need it and your tolerance for risk.
You can put off the decision for awhile by downloading the free trial of iWork fro the regular Apple Store and not registering it. Maybe the new version will come along before you have to buy. The risk here is that you might get hooked and not have a real choice.
