My ipad2 camera is not opening, what can I do?

Please help me know how to fix my new iPad 2 camera. Never worked since I bought it. I am in Ghana right now.

You could try to
1. Double click your home button and hold down the camera app, then press the if you have not done so.
2. Reboot/Restart your iPad by holding the power button and the home button for 10-15 seconds.

    You may need to reinstall, using the full three step way:
    Uninstall, run the Cleaner Tool, and reinstall.

    I found a fix for it, It turned out that the file that lists all of the songs on it got corrupt. I had to use 3rd party programs but it did work out in the end

    I have the same problem as describte above. After installing IOS 8.1 on my iphone 5 my front camera does not work any more. By starting the camera app I only see a fuzzy screen - switch to the back camera works but by switching back to the front camera the app freezes.
    I tried:
    - switch off/on the device
    - hardware reset the device
    - clean (remove all data) and install the 8.1 IOS again
    - try to get back to the last version of IOS 7 (but this does not work)
    What can I do? Iam sure it worked before.

    I myself do not know what a police incorporated means.
    When I download my pdf file on the Lulu.com site (an automatic publishing service), I am answered that my document cannot be published because the police Times is not incorporated. Lulu.com is offerin a tool to be downladed (lulu Job options) that you are supposed to put into Adobe and the problem will be solved.It is not. Do you know if this can be done with my free verson Adobe reader XI or do I need to use the Pro version (to be purchased)

    I had an update on ios and my camera works like it did.  I was fooling around and found the camera icon at the bottom of my ipod next to the "slide to unlock" bar.  If
    I slid the camera up, my camera window would open.

    This is either hardware or software if you held down the power and home button 10-20 seconds and restarted it with no progress I would try to connect to iTunes and factory factory reset it.
