My ipad2 is frozen on video
Last night, my son was watching a tv show downloaded from iTunes. Ithe ipad2 froze on a black screen during this time and now I can't play any video on the ipad2. I can play music but when you click the video icon it just goes to a black screen. Help!
If the above doesn't work, try closing the Videos App.
1. Double-click the Home button to reveal Task Bar at bottom
2. Hold the Videos app down for a second or two until you see the minus sign
3. Tap the minus sign to close app
4. Re-launch the app and test
Note: If necessary close all apps in the Task Bar

You will need to connect it to your computer's iTunes (you will need an up-to-date version of iTunes on your computer), and you should then be able to reset your iPad and restore/resync your content to it -

I have no idea what rtr planeta is but if it uses Flash, it won't work very well or at all on an iOS device. If it is Flash, try the Skyfire browser... it is supposed to run some Flash sites. Review it carefully before purchase.

Are you selecting them to sync in the music pane in iTunes on the computer? Are they in the correct format?
If these are videos that you shot yourself, try creating a folder for them in iPhoto - one that you can select in iTunes in order to sync. Make sure that they are in the correct format as well. Launch iTunes and click on the Movies subheading under the Library Heading on the left side. Click on one of the movies in the list and go to Advanced>Create iPad or Apple TV version and see if the movie converts. -
I have an ipad2. Ever since I upgraded to the IOS 5.5.1 I am having problems playing videos on Netflix or YouTube. I do to have this problem on my laptop, so it isn't in my wireless router. I have cleaned out the cache on the iPad and that didn't help. I've restarted it too.

Close all apps and restart the iPad and then try YouTube or Netflix again.
Go to the home screen first by tapping the home button. Quit/close open apps by double tapping the home button and the task bar will appear with all of you recent/open apps displayed at the bottom. Tap and hold down on any app icon until it begins to wiggle. Tap the minus sign in the upper left corner to close the apps. Restart the iPad.
Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
You can also try resetting/rebooting the iPad and see if that helps.
Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.
Even if your the internet is OK with other applications doesn't mean that there isn't an issue with the way that the iPad is connecting to NetFlix and YouTube. You can always try rebooting your router - unplug it for about 30 seconds and then plug it in again. -
Does iPad2 photos support the videos taken with iPhone4?
I just bought an iPad2 and synced my iPhone 4 photos/videos to it. However, the videos that I took from my iPhone is not appearing in the 'photos'. Am I looking at the wrong place or does iPad2 not support videos from iPhone4? Thanks!
i had a similar problem and found that i could 'drag and drop' the .mov files from iphoto on my mac straight onto the ipad2 in itunes. these could then be viewed in the videos app on the ipad but i cant edit them in imovie!!!
if you are using a pc maybe you can drag and drop them in a similar fashion. they DO work on the ipad2 in the video app. -

Frozen 30GB video. Help please.
I had my 30GB video hooked up to USB. My POS PC locked up, and I had to reboot. When the PC rebooted, the iPod locked up on the "do not disconnect" screen. I stopped it through windows, and then disconnected it. Now the PC does not recognize the unit, and it is stuck on a the charging screen, and is locked up. It is fully charged, as it was on the charger all morning. The unit is not connected to anything at this point, and the icon is 1/4 charged and not moving. Tried soft resetting it to no avail. Also since the PC is not recognizing it, I cannot reformat it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I'm having this problem as well. At first it started as just being frozen. I came to find out that the battery had drained. It had drained so much that I couldn't even charge it using the computer. So I had to charge it using the plug. Finally it worked again. It sat all weekend. I went to use it today and now it doens't work at all. It won't charge, reset, nothing! I'm very frustrated. Can anyone help?

When the iPad is put into Recovery Mode it says you MUST Restore as new.
So im thinking a Restore is needed.
Just restore from Backup once the Restore is complete. -

I had to shift from win 7 to win xp. On iTunes on win 7 videos in mp4 format were synced without any problem, where on win xp the same mp4 files cannot be synced. Why? Can any one help me out?
Connect your Device to Computer. Select your iPad under "Devices" on the left Pane. On the right Pane, select MOVIES tab. Make sure SYNC MOVIE box is checked, select the movie(s) you want it on your iPad by checking the box. Then click the SYNC button on the lower right Window.

Photoshop Touch for ipad2 is frozen on launch
I too have a problem with PhotoShop Touch on the iPad2 (iOS 5.01). I start the app on the iPad and it just hangs at the spalsh screen. I also reset and restored the iPad and no joy.
Please try to uninstall and reinstall PS Touch.

I was watching a video, then stopped it, pushing the pause/play button put it to sleep. A few minutes later wanted to watch the rest, and when I plugged in the headphones, suddenly the image appeared, played a few frames, and now the video is "stuck" on that frame! And it won't turn off, none of the buttons do anything! I plugged it into the computer, - nothing, nada.
Any ideas?
