My ipad2 just refused to start up, can someone teach me how to wake it up?
My ipad2 just shut down by itself and cannot be switched on after that. It is only about 2 mths old and was still about 80% charged. Any advice?
Assuming that the battery isn't empty (and it can take up to 15 minutes of charging before it will respond), then have you tried a reset ? Press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds, after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.

Note the date and time the problem occurred, then go to Applications/Utilities/Console and copy the log starting at the time of the crash. Paste the log in a reply. Please do not use a screen shot as they can be hard to read. If there are repeated runs of the same messages, please post only one run. Be selective about what you post and don’t post huge amounts. when I tried to update to the new version of Itunes - message box appears "APSDAEMON.EXE MSVCR80.DLL is missing". Then another box indicates "Error 7 (Windows error 126)". Itunes will not start. Can someone tell me what the problem is and how to fix?

My iPod touch screen just turned a white-ish green color and I can't turn it on or off. I can't connect it to iTunes, and the back is too scratched up to see the serial number so I have no way of getting it. Can someone tell me how to fix it? Please tell me quickly! Can anyone teach me how to connect iphone 4S to ipad retina using bluetooth. I tried, but the devices won't discover each other at all. I just wanted to connect to share contact details so I don't have to key in one by one.

InjinYou need to go to the App stores and find compatible apps. iOS device do not natively have to ability to transfer info to a computer via BT to a computer.

This should really be unnecessary but anyway..
If you mean the internal IP of the TC, the it can be changed by changing the dhcp settings.. which is weird.
It looks a bit different in the v6 utility but is easy to do..
See the DHCP beginning address is split into sections.. change the front section from 10.0 to 192.168
Then update the TC.. then you will need to change everything on the network as the IP will need to change.. I recommend you simply turn everything off and then on again in correct order.. modem.. TC.. clients. 2min gap. -

the same problem happened to me also, i felt that while playing hay day, if some calls came in between and if i answered the call, the setting of all the icloud items turns off. (i have backup of all the items on icloud), after deleting the account and making settings of mail, contact, calander etc on on mode and after rebooting the phone, it again download from icloud server. but it is just a headache. do not know how to handle this.

re-open itunes.
connect iphone
quickly begin to hold down both home button and sleep/wake for around 7/8 seconds.
as soon as the iphone screen goes black release finger from sleep/wake button but continue to hold home button.
an apple logo should appear on the iphone screen
continue to hold down home button
itunes should now let you know it has detected a phone in recovery mode.
choose to restore iphone.
once completed restore from back up if desired. -

Thank you for your reply, sorry for the VERY late late response, but I have just figured out how to control this separate 'panel'. I find it really useful for monitoring Google Analytics in as it can just sit there running. It does have its limitations, as it's a limited size (you can't expand it to full screen view), so you can only ever see a vertical section of a website and need to scroll to look to the right or left, but I have the live view of people accessing my website running on there and if the numbers start racking up at any time, I can scroll to look and see what pages they are accessing, where they've been referred from, etc.
To get it to work, you save a website address in the Bookmarks Toolbar and when you can see it sitting on the toolbar at the top of the screen with its little icon, right click on it then click 'properties', then tick the box 'Load this bookmark in the sidebar'. The next time you click on this bookmark to open the website, it will load in this sidebar, which looks like a separate 'window' but is immovable. You can only have one sidebar application running at a time, but can change it by right clicking on the bookmark you want to load in there and it will then change to that one next time you click on that bookmark.
I hope this might be useful to others, as I asked for help with this on loads of forums and not one person knew that this existed - even really skilled techies!
