What do you mean you could not enter again in the iPad?  Did you go to Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars > Accounts and your account name > Incoming Mail Server > Password and change the password, then Outgoing Mail Server > SMTP server name > Primary Server > Password and change to the new passwrod.

    Are you downloading iTunes form an Apple website or somewhere else? If the answer is somewhere else, try downloading it from Apple. Click on iTunes in the black menu bar above and go from there.

    I have installed the new Flash player (11.6.602.171) about a dozen times. I have Windows 7 (64 bit).
    I cannot view any videos that require Flash Player (eg on Facebook or YouTube or a YouTube embedded video)
    I see this message (Flash Player was blocked because it is out of date)  on IE 9 and Chrome and Firefox. Firefox even asked me to enable Flash Player which I did - but to no avail.)
    When I go to http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/find-version-flash-player.html I can see the movie and the box verifies my installation.
    I have checked Manage Addons and Shockwave Flash Object is Enabled.
    ActiveX Filtering is unchecked.
    I have tried installing with my virus protection turned off.
    I have closed all my browser windows during installation.
    I have rebooted my computer after installation.
    I have updated Java.
    My Microsoft updates are up-to-date.
    Nothing works.

    Hi Marcia,
    If all browsers are blocked (IE, Chrome and Firefox), then I'd suspect a third party utility/service is interfering.  This could be a virus scanner/security application or possibly an ad blocker.  Even turning this off might not be enough (I've seen recent reports that Bitdefender issues were only resolved after a full uninstall.)  What apps are you running?  If you haven't already, make sure you've cleared your browser cache.  I'd also try resetting your hosts file (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/972034).  Finally, can you try restarting your computer in safe mode with networking enabled to see if video starts working?

    That suggests that the installer is getting damaged during the download.
    I'd first try downloading an installer from the Apple website using a different web browser:

    If you use Firefox instead of IE for the download (or vice versa), do you get a working installer?

    If you remember your answers to your security questions then you can try getting the password reset via http://iforgot.apple.com
    If not then you can try contacting Support in your country and see if they can reset the password for you : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5699
    If you can access to it you can update the primary email address on it by tapping on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Store on your iPad and then tapping 'view Apple id' on the popup, or you can do it via the Store > View Account menu option on your computer's iTunes or via http://appleid.apple.com

    If you share an Apple ID, both of your phone numbers should be linked to that ID. You should be able to use your phone number as well. My wife, my daughter and I all share an Apple ID for purchases, and we each text from our iOS devices using our own iPhone numbers.
    When iOS 6 came out, you were able to link the phone number with your Apple ID to use for Messages and FaceTime. You will need to sign out of messages on all devices and then start the process all over again.

    I changed my email password on my laptop. when I went to change it on my iPhone 4s it says it is invalid and will not let me log in. I tried deleting it off my phone and readding it - failed. I turned off my phone and turned it back on - failed. I plugged my phone into the computer and synced it... I have done everything but deleting everything and starting from scratch - HELP!!!!!!

    well after a few days of bashing my head in trying to figure it out - I DID!!!!!
    So, here's the solution to my problem - I had 2 step verification on  - after I had changed my password google and its awesome security features wouldnt let an unknown device access the account.So I disabled 2-step verification and I was able to add gmail back onto my phone. yeaay! I have my all in one calendar back!
    now..... the next question is.... if I add the two step verification again but would like to add a youtube video off my phone will it let it..... I'll post when I find out.

    I was on my gmail account and looked at settings forward and pop/imap
    be sure they are activated.
    Imap if you want to access it from several places. That way you have the original on Gmail-server and copies on your pc.
    Pop on the other hand loads down the emails. perfect if its just one pc.
    (i'm not sure the Gmail-server deletes them thou).

  • Can't log in into iCloud because of change of email

    Hello. I'm wondering if I'm now stuck with iCloud. My email that I used with Apple got hacked a long time ago, and I barely changed the Apple ID. I thought it had updated on the iPhone, but apparently it didn't. It's asking me to log in into iCloud, but it shows the OLD Apple ID. When I put the password it doesn't accept it, and I can't log out because it asks for the password. What can I do? The weird thing is that when I log in into icloud.com, and click play sound on the iPhone it DOES play the sound. What can I do?

    If the old ID is an earlier version of your current ID, temporarily recreate the old ID by going to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID.  Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change.  Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address.  You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iDevice, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then save any photo stream photos that you wish to keep to your camera roll.  When finished go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud).  Next, go back to https://appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was.  Now you can go to Settings>iCloud and sign in with your current iCloud ID and password.

    I recently needed to confirm my icloud email account password.  (I have no troubles in Mail)
    When I looked in Keychain and did Show Password, it showed that my password was a very long string of bizarre characters.
    I never set this up. 
    Does iCloud sometimes change an email account's password for some reason?
    Can I just change it in Mail for that account to what it was before the icloud email migration, or do I need to change it somewhere else, too?
    My login password to icloud dot com is completely different, and that works fine and is what it always was.

    I need to be sure of what the password is.  Because I need to use it elsewhere.
    That is the problem.
    It became clear that the password that "Shows" in keychain for my email account is encrypted.
    Apple support has no clue why it is encrypted.  Passwords "Shown" in keychain are supposed to be legible (unencrypted).
    If I delete that odd entry  in keychain and restart , it comes right back, unchanged.
