they replaced my ipad3 by a new one. I gave the ipad3 to them and asked them to check, they said it's one dot only, I said it's not one dot, there are may dots merge together, so they replaced my ipad3 by a new one. thanks a lot

I would try the Restore from backup first and if that does not help try a Restore as a new iPhone. -
I downloaded a few games that has ingame bonuses as well where you have to pay to unlock a few features but these games doesn't show up on Purchased App page so i'm worried that if i unistall them I'll have to pay for everything again. The phone was hacked to unlock it. It relocked when you updated. ONLY the carrier it is locked to can authorize unlocking it. If you are not/never were an AT&T customer and you do not have an original store receipt from either an AT&T or Apple store in the U.S. for a no commitment AT&T iPhone, they will NOT unlock it.

If the problem persits after restoring the iPod to factory defaults/new iPod then you likely have a hardware problem. In that case an appointment at the Genius Bar of an apple store or returing it to Apple is in order.

IF you installed the "Find my iPhone" app in your iCloud account BEFORE it was stolen and reg'd the service, you can track it.
If not, you can't do anything.

i thank youYou can only get those pictures from the other PC. Pictures that have been synced from a computer via iTunes are not in the iPhone backup. You have to get them from the other PC, not other choice.

It sounds like you are unable to reset your security questions but do not have access to your rescue email address. According to the following article you will need to contact the iTunes Store support team:

Try a reset ...

Content is forever tied to the Apple ID that bought it. Apple does not transfer content from one Apple Id to another. Apple does not merge Apple IDs. You will never be able to access your content bought with another Apple ID with a new ID. -
