My iPads video gallery isn't working now

I downloaded a t.v. show a couple of days ago and the downloading was apparently interrupted somehow.  So I tried to redownload it again since it wasn't successful and iTunes won't let me because it says I already downloaded it.   I try to watch it in my video gallery and it acts as though it is trying to load my videos but It never does.  It's just a black screen with the little loading symbol in the middle.  Restarting it didn't make a difference.  I don't know how to fix the issue.  Help! 

'Fixes' that quite often work for the Videso app are :
Try searching for the name of one of your videos on the iPad's spotlight search screen - swipe your first homescreen to the right, type in it's name, and if it finds it tap on it to see if it plays.
If that doesn't work then try closing the Videos app completely : from the home screen (i.e. not with the Videos app 'open' on-screen) double-click the home button to bring up the taskbar, then press and hold any of the apps on the taskbar for a couple of seconds or so until they start shaking, then press the '-' in the top left of the Videos app to close it, and touch any part of the screen above the taskbar so as to stop the shaking and close the taskbar.
A third option if the two above don't work is a reset : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.

    Is your iPad Mini still within the 1 year Warranty period, and is the charger the one that came with it? If so, then you can go to any Apple Store and have the Charger replaced. It is also under the warranty.

    I have not yet seen any official response to the question: "Is the Apple AV Composite cable fully supported with 30pin connector devices upgraded with iOS7 - specifically ? - eg. iPad 2, iPhone 4, iPhone 4s"
    If it is not currently supported is that then due to a bug / oversight and in that case is it something that will be fixed in the near future?

    When you add a WiFi you can't get into any websites??? But if you turn WiFi off you can access websites?

    If you are using a flash card, as opposed to an SD card, then I assume that you are using a third-party card reader with the kit ? If so what error, if any, are you getting e.g. a 'requires too much power' error ?
    Also how are the photos getting onto the card ? If you are adding them yoursefly then you need to create a DCIM directory off the root of the card, with the photos underneath it, and the photo filenames need to be exactly 8 characters long (no spaces) plus the file extension i.e. in a similar format as if a camera had created/written them

    The update didn't apply properly. That image is telling you to connect to a computer using micro usb and restore via iTunes. Unfortunately there is no way around that.

  • Creating a new tab on the browser, how can i it isn't working now?

    Before mozilla changing their browser, I could click the + sign at the top of the page and a new tab would appear. Now I do that and nothing appears. I do not want several browsers on my screen, I like the multi-tab option. That way I can switch back and forth from the different screens and complete my work much easier. Someone mentioned clicking on a link and right clicking but I dont always have a link to click to do that and that option doesn't always appear when I right click. Please help.     If it has NEVER been jailbroke, here are some standard repair procedures:
    First, try a system reset.  It cures many ills and it's quick, easy and harmless.  It is likely what you already tried but I want to be sure...
    Hold down the on/off switch and the Home button simultaneously until you see the Apple logo.  Ignore the "Slide to power off" text if it appears.  You will not lose any apps, data, music, movies, settings, etc.
    If the Reset doesn't work, try a Restore.  Note that it's nowhere near as quick as a Reset.  It could take well over an hour!  Connect via cable to the computer that you use for sync.  From iTunes, select the iPad/iPod and then select the Summary tab.  Follow the on-screen directions for Restore and be sure to say "yes" to the backup.  You will be warned that all data (apps, music, movies, etc.) will be erased but, as the Restore finishes, you will be asked if you wish the contents of the backup to be copied to the iPad/iPod.  Again, say "yes."
    At the end of the basic Restore, you will be asked if you wish to sync the iPad/iPod.  As before, say "yes."  Note that that sync selection will disappear and the Restore will end if you do not respond within a reasonable time.  If that happens, only the apps that are part of the IOS will appear on your device.  Corrective action is simple -  choose manual "Sync" from the bottom right of iTunes.
    If you're unable to do the Restore (or it doesn't help), go into Recovery Mode per the instructions here.  You WILL lose all of your data (game scores, etc,) but, for the most part, you can redownload apps and music without being charged again.  Also, read this.

    There have bee a few reports of faulty chargers. Take your charger, cable & iPad to a Apple Store for evaluation. It will be replaced if defective. Make sure the 30-pin connector is fully seated, especially if you are using a cover.
    The quickest way (and really the only way) to charge your iPad is with the included 10W USB Power Adapter. iPad will also charge, although more slowly, when attached to a computer with a high-power USB port (many recent Mac computers) or with an iPhone Power Adapter (5W). When attached to a computer via a standard USB port (most PCs or older Mac computers) iPad will charge very slowly (but iPad indicates not charging). Make sure your computer is on while charging iPad via USB. If iPad is connected to a computer that’s turned off or is in sleep or standby mode, the iPad battery will continue to drain.
    Apple recommends that once a month you let the iPad fully discharge & then recharge to 100%.

    When I go to take a photo it goes to the front camera then when I switch to to back camera it freezes and the shutter stays closed! Is their anything I can do?

    Quit the camera app completely. Go to the home screen first by tapping the home button. Double tap the home button and the task bar will appear with all of your recent/open apps displayed at the bottom. Tap and hold down on any app icon until it begins to wiggle. Tap the minus sign in the upper left corner of the app that you want to close. Tap the home button or anywhere above the task bar. Try the camera again.
    Or ....Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.

  • After upgrading audio on video files isn't working

    After "Upgrading" to 6.0.2.23 the audio on video files is screwed up. The video image is fine but it sounds like a CD player that's stuck. Audio only files and streaming audio files play fine. Any ideas?

    Skype has nothing to do with Quicktime (which is automatically updated with 10.8 anyway), but it sounds like you might need to trash your Skype preferences.
    Hold the Option key down and click the Go menu in the Finder menubar. Click Library. Navigate to Preferences. Delete "com.skype.skype.plist". Navigate one folder back to Caches and delete the com.skype.skype folder you find there.
    Relaunch Skype and let me know if that works.
    PS For reference, 10.8 is called "Mountain Lion". 10.7 was just "Lion".
