You do a restore as new to wipe the iPhone then at the end of restore you will be asked to restore from backup. Choose your iPhone backup.
Note you cannot restore an IOS newer than the IOS on iPhone, you need to update iPhone first. -
I've had a fault with the hard drive on my laptop, it's been replaced and now my iphone and ipod can not sync unpurchased items with itunes. Is there anyway of sorting this without uploading all of my CD's again?

I created an Apple ID on my iPhone, but I can not download any application because a message appears saying that iTunes store can not login. The strange thing is that my Apple ID works perfectly when I try to access my icloud browser on my iMac and even I join this forum. I login with my ID system icloud without problems! Why can not I download applications? What relationship has between iTunes store and iCloud?
You cannot download the same Apps that you have on your iPhone. They are two seperate stores.
The store you have on your iPhone is the same for any iDevice (iPad, iPhone and iPod)
The store on your MacBook is only for Macs. -

You cannot. However, you can solve this problem by setting the iPhone as a new device and upgrading iOS in Settings -> Software Update.
After upgrading iOS, open Settings -> General -> Reset -> Erase All Content and Settings. Finally, Setup Assistant will let you restore the backup. -

You won't be able to create a new iCloud account on your phone as the maximum number of accouts have already been created. Your only options are to either re-use one of the accounts previously created or create a new account to use on a different iOS device or Mac (running OS X 10.7.2 or higher), if you have one.

If you have a passcode to the screen lock that you've forgotten, restore the device from the computer to which the device is synced. For information and instructions, see:

If you're referring to FaceTime, it is currently limited to Wi-Fi only.
Sending files via Bluetooth is not a supported feature of the iPhone or iOS. A simple search of the web or these forums would have made that abundantly clear.

Two days ago, I have a new iphone 4S. After I installed the OS and start the iphone, I found a strange screen says "!9D/JC" that blocks the iphone and I can not access the iphone until click many times on the "Desmiss" button at the botom of the screen.

I created a folder in my photostream on my iphone but I can not see the folder on my iPad 1. My wife does see the folder on her iPad 3. Is there anything I can do for my older iPad?
If you created an album containing some of your photo stream photos, this will not be shared using photo stream. If you want to share a subset of your photos, create a shared photo stream and share it with your wife, as explained here: http://help.apple.com/icloud/#mmc0cd7e99.
