Try holding down the on/off button and the home button at the same time for 20 to 30 sec the phone should restart.

First thing to try is to reset your device. Press and hold the Home and Sleep buttons simultaneously until the Apple logo appears. Let go of the buttons and let the device restart. See if that fixes your problem.

I have an Iphone 4 for 3 years now on and when now I turned on the screen freeze. It doesn't have the screen cracked and it doesn't have any damages of any kind. I did the reset with the home and sleep button and doesn't work. I did the restore process with Itunes and still freeze. I don't find any other different solution to this problem. Is there any other different process that I can do? PLEASE let me know. -

Reset Network settings and reset all settings should be sufficient.

I updated to iTunes 12 and didn't like it. Followed advice to revert to 11.1. Now my iPhone 5 won't sync and error message says I need iTunes 11.2 or higher. Apple Download choices didn't have anything between 11.1.5 and 12. What can I do? Using iTunes 12 is not an option. Many features I used for audiobooks have disappeared.
The version immediately prior to 12 was 11.4.0.18. Here are direct download links from Apple's servers:

I was trying to sync a song from my computer to my iPhone 4 using iTunes and it said you can transfer the music from your phone to your itunes if you want to sync it so I did and none of my music is on my phone or on itunes besides the song i was syncing

after closing large documents (drawings) the window closes but the process runs still in the background. I open the next document, the same procedure and after dowing this several times the RAM is full the system becoms very slow. what can i do???
You can always shut it down manually via the Task Manager
(CtrlShiftEsc)...

it. Contact them to see if they offer unlocking and if you qualify.
Apple does not unlock iPhones - wireless carrier has this responsibility. -
