I had a few questions regarding iCloud. My iPhone 4 recently broke and i didn't realize that I had to manually activate iCloud in order to back up my files, so therefore the information on the iPhone 4 was not backed up. Is it possible to enable iCloud now and back up the information even though the phone is broken?
Also, I was thinking about replacing the broken iPhone 4 with the 5, would my information automtically be transferred to the 5 as long as I log-in with my apple ID?

How can I access iCloud through the internet and not through the phone if thats possible? Now that I think about it, I'm not 100% sure that I didn't back it up.

Other than finding a third-party repair shop to replace the screen, you can't. Apple doesn't replace iPhone 4S screens, they replace the whole phone, so going to an Apple store won't help you.

Ive just bought iphone6 one week ago and droped from 50cm to floor and lcd broke, it shouldnt be thet easy to break for such a phone, apple sacrifise from quality while still selling for a high price if so apple shold replace the screen without a charge.

Sorry, but broken screens have never been included in the warranty by Apple. But since the iPhone 5 screens can be replaced, instead of having to pay for replacing the whole unit.

IPhone Silent Switch Broke

The silent switch on my 8GB iPhone broke the other day. I was outside and I think it literally froze as it was hard to switch off of silent. Well I got the switch to move, but now it is loose. Not where it would fall off but moving it has no function. My iPhone is stuck on silent now. I am going to take it to the Apple Store/Genius Bar tomorrow. I'm just wondering if they'll replace it/fix it. I've dropped it a few times so it has a lot of scratches on the sides, the antenna cover is cracked (although not noticable unless looked at closely) and it has a few scratches on the screen. So will they replace it. I understand that at Apple they usually just replace the iPhone to leave the broken one to get refurbished if the iPhone requires any type of opening. And I think this requires opening because I can't take it off vibrate but the switch is still there not broken off. Before I heard a noise when I moved the switch, but now itz all loose. It stays where you can see half the red dot. So will they replace it?

If still under warranty, possibly, but depending on how bad the exterior damage is from being dropped may be a factor if the warranty is honored.
No one here can give you a definite yes or no regarding receiving an exchange under warranty, so the only one way to find out for certain is by going to the Apple Store.
