My iphone 3gs got a error 1015 how can i sort it out?

i try to update my iphone 3GS but now it is gone to safe mode and when i connect it to itunes it says ERROR 1015 . how can i remove it?

Contacts are not a part of back up.
Contacts are sync with a compatible programme on your computer depending on your operating system (Windows or Mac). For example, Microsoft Outlook (for both Windows and Mac), Windows Contacts (for Windows) and Addressbook (for Mac).
Or contacts are also backed up in iCloud (depending if you chose to do so).
So, sync back the contacts from any of these programmes. If you have not made a backup of your contacts in any of these progammes, then they are gone.

My iphone is in recovery mode and i cannot restore it with itunes on my macbook or my pc. how can i restore my iphone 4s? or at least, how can i get it out of recovery mode?

i tried to restore my iphone 4s because it kept saying "searching..." for service so i decided to restore it, after having already reset all network settings, and after trying to restore all settings. still, it only said "searching..." for service. finally, i tried to restore my iphone. when using my macbook, 3/4 through i recieved a message to update my itunes software. i had to close itunes for the update. when i closed itunes, the iphone restore was in pprogress and having to close the program put my phone into this "recovery mode" with the icon of the usb and the itunes disc logo. i also tried updating and restoring the software with my pc which also didnt work. help?

Once the Device is asking to be Restored with iTunes... it is too late to save anything... and you must continue with the Recovery...

Podcast not able to download- EMERGENCY- how can I sort this out?

i'm not able to download any podcasts as all of the 'subscribe' and 'get episode' buttons next to the podcast are grey and are unaffected when i click them. COuld this be due to a lack of programming on my computer, or something else (I have added more money to my account but this hasn't had an affect)?

My iTunes store freezes my entire computer when I try to use it. How can I sort this out?

When opening my itunes store, my entire computer freezes. In general my itunes works, allowing me to listen to my music still, but as soon as I enter the store my entire laptop freezes and I have to turn my laptop off manually. I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling itunes, but this hasn't remedied the problem. Is there anything that can be done in order for me to use my itunes store again?
