My IPhone 3GS will not now join wifi, this is a very recent problem. It finds my network but does not download the IP Address hence when I load password Join remains grey. I have tried all the fixes suggested I.e. network reset, airplane on then off but still nothing. I also have another iPhone of the same type and an iPad and they are just fine so I know it is not a router problem. Please please what do I do?
Try assigning Queen as the Album Artist on the compilations in iTunes on your computer.

I have already put another chip carrier and the same problem happens, my phone is factory unlocked.Had same problem with iphone5 6.1.2 update. First tried reset network settings and didn work... Support recommend me a restore and ended up in recovery loop with iTunes error (-1)
Been at my carrier store (Optimus Portugal)... and iPhone sent to warranty. After 2 macbooks, 1 imac, 2 appletvs, 2 iphones, 1 ipod... I find disappointment with apple reliability....
At least the support guys at Optimus Portugal were very helpful and friendly, but I'll be 15 days without iPhone...

my iphone 3gs have a problom because i tryed to downloud apps from my computer with out apple id so some times it restart and the spring board always get crashed so now affter i made an apple id i tryed to update it to ios5 but the phone restarted in the middle of the update so restored the files from my computer but when i tryed to activeate the phone from wi fi it said activeate server is now unavilable and when i tryed to activeate it from itunes it told me there is no sim card why is that
My phone is an iPhone 3gs too, and last night actually it said the same thing, "No Sim Card" and my friend and I started panicking but I did what I call a "Forced Reboot" where you hold down the Home and Power buttons until you see the apple logo. DO NOT RELEASE UNTIL THEN otherwise you are just shutting it down. So, I did that and it worked again....

They will stop syncing with no workaround unless you sync by plugging the phone into your computer using a USB cable.

What do you mean? Your only way to unlock that phone is to have had 40 days continuous service with T-Mobile and then process the unlock through them. If you had an account with T-Mobile you should be able to login and process your unlock. If you did not you can click on the chat program but they are going to tell you the same thing.

I Have a iPhone 4s and I keep getting this error "Could not activate cellular data network" I have sprint and to use any internet om my iphone i have to connect to wifi. What do i do to fix my celluar connection. I took my sim card and put it back in and it still didnt work.

Oh there was a thread already about this.I have tested the 3GS in 3 different Apple stores, and all exhibit the high pitch noise during and about 6 seconds after the video/memo has stopped playing. What I found very odd that all the iPhone 3GS on display except for one, where set on silent and everything else iPod touches wasn't and 2nd gen iPhones as well. (touching my chin hmmmmmm)

Why does my iPhone 4S have no signal in China Mobile? after I upgrade it to iOS 5.0.1. It works fine with iOS 5.0.0. Model Number is MC920LL.
But it is very strange, now it works fine with China Union, only not with China Mobile. As it was purchased in USA, its original network should be one of USAs. If it was locked again, it should not work with any other networks.

Thinking of taking mine to an apple store in the UK and it will more than likely just be replaced.

Many thanksI would expect they will not. I got a replacement 3G back in mid October which still had 3.1 or 3.1.1 on it. First time I sync'd it with iTunes in updated to 3.1.2. Phones with 3.1.3 will probably cycle into inventory over time, but I am pretty sure they don't update existing stock.

I am not able to access the App Store on my Iphone 3GS with IOS 6.01, however i can access the same on my laptop when i connect my phone to my PC. Any suggestions on this.

http://support.apple.com/kb/ht5209 might help you. An iPhone 4 can airplay content from apps that support airplay and iTunes but it cannot mirror. If your game does not have airplay in the app you cannot mirror it to the apple TV so I don't know if you can play just the music. You should have no problem playing your iTunes over airplay though.
