No such message occurs.
Are you trying to state that it says "Unable to activate"?
If so, this typically indicates the device has been hacked or jailbroken. If that is the case, no support can be provided via these forums.

Do you remeber the exact (or close to it) wording of the error message?

I have tried absolutely everything and don't know what to do!!
The phone is unlocked with a gevey sim that goes into the sim tray with the sim card. But the phone is not jailbroken at all. What happened is I plugged it into itunes and it was working fine until I hit restore. It went through the restore process but once my phone reloaded all that comes up on the screen is the itunes logo and the usb picture plus the option to make an emergency call. When I plug it into itunes it gives me the "sim card is not supported" message. I've tried everything to fix this..PLEASE help!

I reset my iPhone 4S and my photos have now gone, the albums are still there but no photos even though when I look at my storage and plug it into iTunes it still says that majority of my memory is to the amount of photos I have. Can anyone tell me how I can get my photos back?
last thing you can try would be go to settings, general, settings, reset all settings
if that does not work, a factory restore will be needed... -

This morning, i downloaded about 16 songs to put on my ipod, and i manually dragged them over to my ipod to sync that way (like i always do because the music on my ipod came from a different computer which I no longer have) and on my way to work, i realized my ipod says "no content" under Music. However, when I plug my ipod into itunes and click on the music tab under my ipod name, all of my music is there. What happened and how do i get that music back on my ipod? I need help asap.
You had a glitch and the music files got corrupted. I know of no way to uncorrupt them.
You can try using a computer app like iFunbox
http://dl.i-funbox.com/
to see if yo can get them from the iPod in a usable file.
Otherwise you will have to re import them to your computer and sync

I turned my phone off. When I turned it back on, everything seemed normal. Then something popped up saying "verifying update"(I had tried to update my phone several days before). I was worried because I did not want to lose anything and wanted to backup my iphone before it updated. So, I turned it back off. When I tried to turn it back on, The itunes logo came up prompting me to connect to itunes. It said I needed to restore my iphone and I could get contacts, calendar, and messages back. So I clicked restore and update, but it failed to do so. Is there anything I can do?
What happened when you tried to update? Are you seeing an error message?

I have an Iphone 3gs and today I had taken some pictures and my battery was 8% i was looking at the few I had took. Then my phone died but when I plugged it into the charger and got it on I went to upload the pictures but they were deleted! All my other pictures that i have taken are still there, it just deleted the ones I took a couple of hours before it died!
I was just wondering if there is anyway of getting them back at all? and how common is this?Sounds like your iPhone was hacked to unlock and now updating locks back to the original carrier.

Are you trying to update only that one app or more that one app (via Update all)? You have to log into the account that purchased an app to update an app. If you have apps purchased by more than one account you have to update tem one at a time until the remaining apps were purchased from one account.

I think I am following -- I was able to upload to my iPhoto and all photos and videos are there that is a plus! I tried to create an Event in my iPhoto and put all of my photos in that event but for some reason, now my iTunes it not recognizing that Event in my iPhoto. It is not allowing me to import just that event at the moment but I may be doing something wrong. At least all of my pics and vids are in iPhoto so that is a plus and I know they are at least saved somewhere. Just for some reason, my iTunes it not locating the event that I created with only those photos.

Unforutnatly I am like 2 iOS updates behind because I don't have enough storage on my phone.
