My iPhone was stolen and when i got on to iCloud it just said it is offline. Shouldn't it show the last known location? Also i have iOS 6 on the iPhone 3GS

No. If you didn't set up the Find My iPhone service or if it is not accessible via that service, there is no way to access it. Even if you could get to it that way, you could not "access" the photos. All you could do would be wipe them along with the rest of the data on the phone, or force the phone to lock and/or sound an alarm.

Losing your phone is never fun. Especially, when personal content may be lost. If you installed and set up the Verizon Cloud to auto back up the photos on your device, then photos will be saved to the cloud. Unfortunatley, the Verizon Cloud is not set up on the device on it's own. If there was no application set to backup personal content on the device, I apologize there is not a way to retreive lost photos.

Thank You roaminggnome, I don't think I turned Find My Phone app on on my phone, but I did turn it on on my laptop. I deleted my contacts list and Hope that Iit somehow deleted my contacts list on my phone. Also, I turned on Find My Phone on my laptop and it says my phone is turned off. So I think that whoever stole my phone took out my Sim Card and replaced it with theirs or that they sold my phone for Crack. I hope my phone hasn't been restored. Ty for your response Roaming. I have a passcode for my iPhone, but I don't have the application Find my iPhone. Can I retrieve my photos, notes, reminders and all other data in my iPhone, I mean, if I bought another one, and connect it to my computer and go to iTunes then restore backup, cause I backup my iPhone last Oct 10, 2013, will I recover all the details in my iPhone that was stolen? It's like I'm still using my old iPhone's apps but with a new iPhone. Thanks.

If you set up your phone correctly, it is still protected by the Activation Lock and can be used without knowing your AppleID and password.

So my iPhone 4 was stolen and I need to get the serial number off of it to help find it. I looked online and an article (this one to be exact: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4061?viewlocale=en_US&locale=en_US) told me to go to iTunes>Preferences>Devices and then select my device and it would tell me the serial number. However, when I got to the devices menu, my iPhone didn't show up, but my dad's did. Any idea on how to get it to show up or an alternate way to get the serial number (I don't have the box or the phone)?

Yours was stolen, it will not show up in iTunes. There is no way to get your serial number unless you registered it with Apple: Your Support Profile for Registered Purchases.

If FindMyiPhone was turned on, you can trace it as you said, the thief cannot turn that off (iOS7). He can not use it. You can send a message and make your iPhone a dead brick, as soon as he iPhone connects to internet. Tell the police where you see it.

My sons iPhone 5 was stolen out of his blazer pocket while in a games lesson, this was last period and on return to get changed find that someone from his class had stolen his phone from his zipped pocket. All you may infer is the device hasn't been turned on where it can connect to Wi-Fi.

It is offline and it will display nothing except a picture of a phone indicating that it is offline. Not helpful at all. Any suggestions on how to locate the phone or at least the losers who stole it from my pocketbook.

Actually it is very helpful. First it tells you that two possible scenarios happened.
1. iphone ran out of battery.
2. iphone was stolen by someone who knows how to disable connection to service (just by turning it off or otherwise)
Second is more likely if you went to icloud.com fast enough. In that case we pretty soon are going to see another person here asking Apple to unlock "legitimately" purchased phone from eBay or pawn shop. And in that case recovery of your phone is very unlikely. So go report it to police to increase chances of recovery, just in case they turn up in legit pawn shop and move on. Good luck.
