My iPhone 4 does NOT supported iOS 7...

My iPhone 4 (16 GB - White) does NOT supported iOS 7.., and because my iPhone device has been Discountinued already since October 4, 2011..
Some other iPhone 4 supported iOS 7 (only 8 GB capacity storage) below on Wikipedia, NOT mine as 16 GB...

Now my iPhone 4 (works with T-Mobile) supported iOS 4.2.1, right now... NOT supported iOS 7, because it's passed out of date is Discontinued since October 4, 2011..

3. Version iOS 6.1.3 is now compatible with iPhone 4 (8 GB) and iPhone 4S (16 GB)
4. Version iOS 7.1.1 is now compatible with iPhone 4 (8 GB) and iPhone 4S (8 GB)

My iPhone 4S (64 GB) does not compatible with iOS 7 or 8... Just kept using iOS 6.1.3 or older version as iOS 5.0.1...
That information is not correct

No, you have to sell yours and buy the new iPhone 5 with the proceeds.

Yes, due to Incomplete Software Update on your iPhone your Device is now in Recovery Mode and you cannot take a Backup now. But if you have taken a backup earlier then you can Restore that backup on your iPhone after you Reset your iPhone to Factory Settings.

  • Since the iPhone does not support flash player, is there another option to download without jailbreaking the phone?

Is there another option for the iPhone that is similar to flash player? As we know flash is not supported.

  • Do not recieve notification of mms recieved (i know iphone does not support

If i am correct, i should recive a notification of a mms that is sent to me telling me to goto a web site and see it?
I do not get anything, my girlfriend has sent me multiple mms messages and i do not recive anything about them.
I can do email fine, which is how i send them, but unless someone knows to text to my email i cannot recive them or even tell i got one.
    Thanks for your help!

Here in the US AT&T is supposed to send an SMS message when they see they need to route a MMS to an iPhone user. The SMS will include a link to http://www.viewmymessage.com/en/legacy/login.jsp and a username and password to access the file.
However, due to the nature of MMS and how each carrier/phone does things differently, if AT&T was not able to process the MMS and put it on their server, then you will get no notification. For example, if they sent a video or audio...I don't think viewmymessage works with those types. Also depending on her network/phone, it may not be able to process the picture.
Many forget, each carrier/phone sends MMS differently.

  • Networkinfo.ane does not support iOS 64bit?

I get the following error when packaging using AIR SDK 16.0.0.272.
I used com.adobe.extension.Networkinfo.ane to check the network state.
    When is Networkinfo.ane updated?
    Anyone who knows?

I have been experiencing the same problem with the NetworkInfo.ane.
From these threads I know that all ANEs you use must also support 64-bit.
    https://forums.adobe.com/message/6850282#6850282
    https://forums.adobe.com/message/6850180#6850180
The ANEs that Adobe supply on http://www.adobe.com/devnet/air/native-extensions-for-air/extensions/networkinfo.html haven't been updated since 2011. So I attempted to recompile them myself. I downloaded the original source from Adobe then recompiled the .a file from XCode with Architectures set to Standard architectures (arm7, arm64).
If I check that the binary is a universal one with lipo -info I get "Architectures in the fat file: libNetworkInfoiOSLibrary.a are: i386 x86_64"
I then tried generating the ANE via two methods
    - via shell script as explained here http://www.lorenzonuvoletta.com/how-to-create-your-own-ane-for-ios-using-adobe-air/
    - via the ANEBuilder GUI Air App http://as3breeze.com/anebuilder/
Both techniques result with the error
"Error: Apple App Store allows only universal applications. This ANE must have a universal iOS binary. Please change build settings in Xcode project to "Standard Architecture" to create universal library."
This is the same error that is discussed in this thread.

I have triple checked every step myself and got my workmates to review my work. Can anybody see what I am doing wrong? Am I even doing anything wrong or is this something that can't be remedied without Adobe fixing something on their end? I hoped that when Adobe released AIR 16 they would also release updates to their ANEs. Does anyone know if they will have a chance to work on/update them anytime soon?

  • Iphone does not support charger

my iphone 4 has decided it doesnt support my charger it is now dead so cant do much should i just buy a new charger???

Connect iPhone to USB port on computer to see if computer will charge iPhone. If no, then USB Cable may be faulty or the iPhone Charging Port needs to be cleaned with clean dry toothbrush, with or without small amount of Isopropyll Alcohol, if you want. If yes, it charges perfectly with computer, then charger may be faulty.

  • O2 - The sim card inserted in this iPhone does not appear to be supported

I just sold my iPhone recently to a guy who has now gone out to Libya for a while, the phone worked fine on iOS 4 with Three, and was offically unlocked by O2 and worked on O2 and Vodafone before selling it, however now he has gone out to Libya the phone is not activating and iTunes is just saying...
"The sim card inserted in this iPhone does not appear to be supported."
What does this mean, he has tried the SIM card in another iPhone and it works fine but it won't work in my old one.
What can be done, I am unsure why iTunes won't activate what is clearly an unlocked iPhone.

The likely answer is that no one knows. Or everyone is too busy talking about the latest press release from Apple.
As long as it was unlocked by a carrier and not by jailbreaking it should work on any GSM network. So the problem is most likely with the SIM your buyer is trying to use. It's either defective or it doesn't have a plan that is compatible with the iPhone.

  • "The SIM card inserted in this iPhone does not appear to be supported." On an unlocked replacement iPhone 5.

I live in the UK and recently got my US model (A1428) iPhone 5 repaired at a UK Apple store. They replaced it with the exact same model.
The original phone was factory unlocked and I was assuming that the replacement phone would also be. Having done some tests it seems like it is unlocked (e.g. it has 5/5 dots reception and 3G) but I cannot get past the activation stage [iTunes doesn't do the job either]. The following message keeps showing up:
The SIM card inserted in this iPhone does not appear to be supported.
The SIM card that you currently have installed in this iPhone is from a carrier that is not supported under the activation policy that is currently assigned by the activation server. This is not a hardware issue with the iPhone. Please insert another SIM card from a supported carrier or request that this iPhone be unlocked by your carrier. Please contact Apple for more information.
I am planning on bringing it back for help. In the meantime I am able to (using itunes) enter recovery mode, do a restore, update the iOS, etc. but I doubt that would help so I am currently avoiding it.
    Any guidance is appreciated.

The message you received indicates that the phone is locked to a carrier other than the one for which you have a SIM. You'll need to take the issue up with Apple. Nothing you do with iTunes is going to make a difference.
I'm quite surprised that the UK Apple Store replaced a U.S. purchased phone. They usually won't.
    Best of luck.

I did not know what to do??

Follow this article: iPhone: Troubleshooting No Service or No SIM
    Symptoms
In certain situations, iPhone may present one of the following symptoms:
"Invalid SIM" or "No SIM Card installed" alert appears intermittently.
Status bar displays "No SIM" when a SIM card is installed.
    Resolution
If you encounter any of the above symptoms on your iPhone, try these steps to attempt to resolve the issue:
Update your iPhone to the latest version of iOS.
Toggle Airplane mode On and Off.
Try turning iPhone off and then on again.
Check for a carrier settings update. Tap Settings > General > About. If an update is available, a prompt will appear.
Remove the SIM Card and verify that it is a valid, carrier-manufactured SIM. Also verify that it is not damaged, worn, or modified. Then reinsert it.
    Restore the iPhone.
If you still are unable to resolve this issue, contact Apple support for further assistance.

It appears that you have an iPhone that is locked to a carrier other than the one you were using. Now that you have tried to update the iOS, it has relocked. That is what happens if you are using a phone that has been hacked to unlock. You have also forfeited support from Apple and from this forum.

  • Adobe Creative Cloud does not support Bootcamp by Apple IOS operating system, but does work with boot camp Win 8.1 why"

Adobe Creative Cloud does not support APPLE latest IOS operating system, but does allow Windows 8.1 to be accepted. This seems a shame to me, as
Apple IOS is the leader in graphics, photography. The advertising states it is usable under both APPLE IOS and Microsoft 8.1 windows operating systems. Adobe Support Chat Sooraj tells me on 02/19/2015 that i must buy two computers to have it operate on both operating systems. Adobe will not support apple's Boot CAMP allowing both operating systems.
i love the apple product and love the ADOBE Photoshop CC, but it simply does now work with an apple keyboard and a WiN operating system. .[email protected]  Adobe Creative Cloud

In Thehatters defence, this was initially posted in the MacbookPro forum and then moved to Boot Camp,
