if you damaged your charging port there's really nothing to be done. Bring your phone to apple for an out of warranty exchange for $149. Alternatively, find a 3rd party repair shop near you.

Your iPhone is probably in recovery mode. Have you tried plugging it into the computer it is linked to?

My iphone 5 has a problem with signal, it always search for network. I had removed and plug sim card again but it doesn't work. Then I restore the iphone, and an exception was throw "... An unknown error has occured (3)."
unknow error 3 means the computer has lost communication with the device during the restore. It can be anything from bad cable, USB port, phone hardware etc.
Since your phone had a signal issue before, it would be your baseband chip faulty and when the restore tries to connect with the baseband chip to check (it does this when you restore) it waits till the chip responds then times out when it doesnt get any response. The restore will try this several times then eventually restart the phone to get out of the loop. As the phone gets restarted (or shutting off) itunes think the phone turned off and throws error 3.
Go to apple if it's under warranty. If not try to find where they do chip replacement as this is not something that you can do yourself. -
Face time fades out and then retries to connect (new Ipad Retina Display) on WiFi. Iphone 4s has no problem with face time from same location and same contact. What gives?

Most WiFi routers can handle this unless others in the house are also using WiFi at the same time. The problem may be your ISP connection or congestion on the internet, etc. -

My iPhone 4S has a problem. The App Store is in Spanish and will not go back to English. Help someone!
I tried turning the computer off and then back on. The alerts don't show the notice to update as resolved. Hopefully this is not a problem or an indicator or another problem. Should I ignore or reload 10.10.1 from the app store to trigger a resolved check in a green circle?
Interesting that I had to buy server software after my free Yosemite download. I would have hoped that the two pieces of software would have gone together without any complication. It is not positive to end up buying a problem. Ah well, time to move on. -

If it is replaced under warranty, it will be replaced with a unit from the "replacement stock", which either will be a refurb or new (no way to distinguish these) and the S/N will indicate a replacement unit.
The "30 day" rule varies from county to country, and applies only to returns, not replacement. -
Since I updated to iCloud, (which may or may not be related) Mail on my MacBookPro 10.6.8 has been unable to connect to MobileMe more than once or twice per day. Mail on my iPhone 4 and my old iMac has no problems. When there is no service a yellow warning triangle appears adjacent to the Inbox and Connection Doctor reports,"Trying to log into this MobileMe IMAP account failed. Verify that username and password are correct." Since it does fetch Mail from time to time they cannot be wrong.... can they? Should I update to 10.7 and if so what does that entail?
You have been using MobileMe's email settings, which sometimes continue to work for a time after migration but then get turned off. iCloud's mail server settings are different. Strictly speaking Lion 10.7.2 is required for iCloud, and on that Mail is set up automatically.
Snow Leopard cannot access most of iCloud's facilities, however you can set Mail up manually to access your email. The method is described here:

MSI GX660 Charger/Charger Port Damaged?
I haven't yanked the cord or anything, have never dropped my laptop. I'm not sure what I could have done to screw either the charger or the charger port. My laptop is a few years old, though. Not really new anymore...
Bottom line, one or the other is starting to act wonky. I have to tug the plug piece a certain way (not the cord) while it is plugged into the port and when I let go, it moves back to its original position and the laptop doesn't recognize that the charger is even plugged in anymore.
Is there any way I can repair this myself? What is the level of complexity?You can go to ifixit.com to check out how to change the power port. The easiest thing to do is to remove the hard drive and buy an external case for it. Then simply plug it into your iMac and transfer the contents over. If you buy a new macbook they will do the transfer for you.

I did a soft reset, and I went to the discussion and turned every down or off. This is definitely a hardware problem.
